Placed order in May 2022. Was told items were out of stock after ordering. Told 12 week wait. Now January 2023. Shows items back in stock but order hasn’t been sent. I’ve tried calling everyday for 2 weeks. No answer. Sent chat messages daily. No response.

Great customer service , IThey helped me guide through all the options for ink and what to expect in regards to shipping and the cost and expectancy of the product. They went above and beyond to get me my product that was out of stock. Will be returning back to more stuff for sure

Ordered a label roll and they sent one that was not compatible with the specified printer. They would not take it back and I had to submit a chargeback with my credit card company.

Have been doing business with them for many years, they are now treating us like rubbish and refusing to ship or reply to us. Stay away from this company they will take your money and not deliver your order and will never reply to your calls or emails. These guys were once the best and we wouldn't shop elsewhere, congratulations on ruining your business!

I'm speechless, but it's a good speechless. This company not only helped me and with in a short amount of time I had to work with, but took a huge amount of anxiety accompanied by stress and panics attacks of my shoulder. Their work ethics in point, prices very reasonable all the way around, topped with better communication then the other companies I looked at. Not only do I recommend this company, I will also inform you by hiring them, you'll be doing yourself and your pocket book a big favor.Thank you guys so much!!!!! :)

Very bad customer service. I bought a printer with them beginning of this year and when we most needed with support and to order supplies they simply disappeared. I have been trying to contact them by phone and email, no reply. Then I decided to drive to their location in Mississauga and even though Google said they were open, when I got there during the week at 2pm, they were closed. End of the story: I decided to write a review and alert other customers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND Durafast Labels! I found another supplier from now on. Also, on my last purchase this past August, I used my CC over the phone and surprisingly my CC was cloned and used with two other transactions that I did not authorize. I had to change my CC number and this caused me a lot of trouble. I do not trust this company. No support to customers at all. Information on website and google is all wrong.

Ordered labels in September and card charged. After several weeks of waiting, I attempted to contact them to cancel. Repeated emails, phone calls, online chat attempts, faxing, and even calling their US office and still no response. It's almost amusing. Wouldn't be surprised if they're actually out of business.Update after reply: I've been calling and emailing for weeks. Order #4109244. Please just cancel the order and issue a refund.

A V O I D ! They charged my card weeks ago, they haven't sent out my package, they aren't picking up their calls, returning their emails, or voicemails.TERRIBLE SERVICE!I've been dealing with DuraFast for just over a year and they were fantastic when I started, super fast shipping and reliable.Now they don't answer their phones, I place an order and it doesn't even get fulfilled, and not even my emails are being returned.Are you guys still even in business? What is going on?!
