Canada Post

This is the first and last time I use Canada post to ship anything. It’s been one full month. The item was mislabeled with the incorrect tracking number. After a month I’ve given up.I’ll never order online again, unless it’s with a reputable organization like FedEx or UPS.

I ordered something online with Canada Post as a shipper. This is the first time shipping with Canada Post and it has been the worst experience of my life. I will never use Canada Post for anything and I highly recommend anyone looking to ship something please do it through another carrier. It is so obvious that everyone at Canada Post do not care about customers because they work for the government. Nobody holds no one accountable for anything. It has been almost 2 weeks and my product is not here yet. They keep on pushing the delivery date

Probably the worst experience I have ever had.I had something ordered to arrive on December 19th. And then had my delivery date changed 4 times.Still waiting for this package to show up and it has not yet been resolved.Canada post is absolutely awful. How many tickets do I need to open for the same package.

Canada post Mississauga is delivering my clothing shipments that are going through their hub in 3days.My laptop for work on the other hand has been sitting their for weeks. 3 service tickets. Open, close,reopen.Multiple delivery service failures. It never arrives.Im extremely disappointed.

The one time I need my package delivered on time, it gets delayed. Delayed for 4 days…

My passport was dispatched from Ottawa to Toronto through Xpress Post and tracking says its still in transit even after a week. I missed my flight due to passport delay. Every time i call the customer care, they keep on saying wait till this evening and i get nothig to hear from them after that.

Canada post delivery is terrible they didn’t know where my package was sent it to the wrong facility, if you have to use Canada post make sure to use a ticket asap and call the 1-800 number because if you don’t take initiative you will not receive your package

were is my package guys is been more the 3 weeks now with no update is been stuck under processed at the Mississauga facility with no update or etc. even talked to a supervisor that didn't even really help she said she escalated it with every department and said I would receive a email and phone call back on the 14tth of march and didn't even a service ticket was made and was suppose to receive a email on the 14 of march aswell and didn't either like what's going on where is my paackage and no help from no one literally get told we cant alocate a single package due to so many that ridiculous also yall dont even follow ur own policy's yall have implemented and breaking laws, which i should sue yall for under section 356 section one federal law stating any lost or stolen package at the postal service is liable which a employee must have stolen it, due to even having proof multiple scans and days of cutt off point drop offs and etc, give me a package or i will file lawsuit i have enough evidence

I'm so annoyed by the service canada post offers. I ordered items from shein in November, the estimated delivery date was between the 8 -11th of December, it's been a whole week and I've still not gotten my package. It has been at the Mississauga shipment facility for more than 11 days now and I'm not sure when I will get this package, you guys have to fix your sorting technique. I just hope I get them before Christmas at least.

very bad experience with this outlet, i moved in December in a new townhouse complex and was to collect the keys from them for postal boxes, never received any notification or call. I went twice at the posted times and no one was there.Again had to make a ticket to find one of my parcel coming from out of province and found out the package is with them for one month. Finally a guy called Mike called and told me to come and pick up, was not ready to listen and basically told me off. I don't know why my packages are going there in first place. also to my surprise he told me he has keys for boxes sitting there still?
