Great Service! I was shopping at the Broadmead store..looking for a particular men's top that was on sale..unfortunately this item was not in stock..But because of a very friendly staff member, Eric, who said that it was possible to order through the store.. he looked up the style and ordered my size and color.. and bonus it will be delivered to my home address! How's that for great service. I typically shop at Mark's because I like their styles and selection, their prices are already reasonable and are often on sale, and the staff are helpful.

They were extremely helpful! Although stock is low in some items right now due to the floods in BC, they helped me get the items I needed by either ordering them in or finding what I needed in the store. They have a good stock of long and short sleeved t-shirts as well as jeans, sock and other items for Christmas.

This is a great location to shop at. A little small but good selection. Also the team is fantastic! They are very helpful and go above and beyond for customers.. They acknowledge me as soon as I walk in with a cheerful hello and are right there to assist. Makes me feel welcomed and happy I shop here. Great job team!

The staff on the lookout to offer customers assistance especially if you appear lost looking for items.For deals I propose review flyer sales or instore clearance though size, colour may sometimes pose challenging. The markdowns are hard to beat and walkaway seems difficult considering how much you can save.

Staff here are typically very friendly. It is a fairly small store so the selection can be limited. I buy a lot of Carhartt stuff and find that they rarely have a decent stock or much of anything in my size (L).

Wonderful customer service! Very friendly greeting as soon as you come through the door. My husband had help with finding T-shirts he wanted and I had help in shoes practically before I could get there myself. I would definitely recommend Mark’s at the Broadmead Shopping Centre.

I found an extra item on my bill which I didn't buy - an $89 pair of hiking shoes. When I went back to the store they were able to check the video camera, which confirmed their mistake, and they gave me approximately $10 off my original purchase (20%). It still felt pretty crummy to feel like they might accuse me of trying to rip them off, and I'm pretty sure I got a funny look from the first cashier I spoke to, who probably expected me to be a problem. (+1 star for the added discount, but it was still a bad experience).

Great clothing for the working man, as well as the normal person who wants some decent boots, shirts and pants. Way better than Walmart and different styles than the Bay for sure

I was shopping for jeans. marks has a wide selection and even had what I was looking for in my size. Even better, they were on sale - a 2 for 1 deal, plus a store wide 30% discount. Also picked up a really nice athletic shirt in my favorite color - blue.
