TD Canada Trust ATM

ATM malfunction on Dec 27th, 2022..the Bank Machine at this location did not recognize a canadian $100 bill, but didn't return it.Been inside the branch 3 times since the incident, No one has resolved this, No one has followed-up or initiated an investigation. Bizarre and below industry standard. Still awaiting resolution. Credit my funds and inform customers what's going on when there is an open caseQuestion:Why not look at the security video if the computer log doesn't show anything unusual??Update; Saturday December 31st, 2022.customer service via telephone was not aware of my case)Physically went to the branch. They informed me that they found the error and my funds would be put into my account. I waited until I could see it via TD banking app. Finally, my funds appeared in my account.It took 4 physical trips inside the branch, stemming from a TD Machine malfunction. Explained this error to SIX different TD employees to no avail or solution other than, wait another 24HRs..."No apologies
