J & J cleaners are awesome! I run a VRBO and they wash and fold my sheets within a day. The price is incredibly reasonable as well. I truly appreciate their fine work.

I’m thrilled your business is running so well that you don’t care about losing business! The owner acted like he could’ve cared less if he had my business!I drove 30 minutes to get there at 8:30. I beat on the door for over 20 minutes and no one showed up. After leaving and then having to come all the way back to pick up my dry cleaning, I was shocked when they told me I needed to pay for a a suit they had clean. I tried to explain to him and showed him the receipt that I had paid. I got so sick of waiting for him to figure it out. I just threw $40 on the counter and left. I will never use that business again!

devastating doesn’t even begin to describe my experience with J & J. I recently brought my wedding dress in for a cleaning, in the hopes of wearing again for a professional photo session. The dress is 100% silk, which requires specific care. J&J provided no care whatsoever. I picked up the dress after 5 weeks to find that the only some of the dirt stains had been removed but there was 3 GIANT stains of the cleaning solution left on the train. There also was now 2 pulls on the front and center of the dress. Stains and pulls aside, they had actually ruined my dress by not caring for it properly, and what once felt like lovely silk feels starchy and scratchy. I brought the dress back in for them to work on the solution stains…5 days later I went to go pick it up and they didn’t even remember where the stains were, so clearly hadn’t paid any attention to them, and no surprise they were still there. The employee actually admitted that he must’ve left the solution on and it dried, which is not supposed to happen. They barely apologized, after ruining an expensive dress and actually made several jokes including “you can hem the entire train off and not see the stains” and “have you considered tie-dying it”. My dress is now a gross grey/beige color, with solution stains, pulls, has lost all of its silky amazingness and can never be worn again.do NOT go to this cleaner if you want your clothing to be cared for.

Very pleased working with the folks at J&J Cleaners. They've helped me get some stains out of garments as well as get hemming and other adjustments made when needed (as some of my clothes seem to get a little tighter with age :^) Never had an issue or lost item in several years going to J&J. Would recommend them to anyone who wants a great local dry cleaner at reasonable prices with a pretty quick turnaround.

Poor customer service, poor quality of service, and they lose your items and do nothing about it. I recommend Brunswick Plaza Drive Cleaners or one of the many Pratt and Abbots. Also, do not go here for alterations. Again, they do not do a good job and they lose your items. I recommend finding a local seamstress.

I am not exaggerating when I say that I had a traumatizing experience at this cleaner.Almost a month ago today, I dropped my WEDDING DRESS off at J&J Cleaners to be washed and pressed. I did not want it preserved as I am planning to wear it again soon. I was told it would be ready in about 2 weeks... 3 weeks rolled around and I hadn't heard anything, so I called on a Friday to check on it. The woman at the cleaner had to go to the back and check TWICE to try to find it, and after some back and forth, she told me she had to call me back. When she called me back, she told me that someone" had picked up my wedding dress the previous Monday. It wasn't me

Locally owned. Cleaning done on site (local competitors ship off site). Excellent customer service and qaulity. I recommend this place highly.

Very friendly staff. Although they couldn't help me in my last minute bind. They pointed me in the right direction to get my sons tux clean. Thank you.

If I could give them a zero I would. Very disappointing I have done business with them for over 15 years. I dropped off work to be done and cleaned. When I arrived to pick up the items they couldn't find my items. After 40 minutes I found them and NONE of the work was done. No one attempted to call me and they had my clothes for over a week. My kids needed their uniforms for school and I was left high and dry. The owner was not at all remorseful with a half hearted apology.I will never go back. I was treated poorly and the lack of professionalism appalling !If you need professional courteous work done go elsewhere.

Friendly staff, cashier in training made a small mistake but didn't panic at all and resolved. Professional. And courteously apologized. Owner was just as likeable. I'll see how the workmanship is in a few days. But based on my initial visit I'm going with the five stars. Following my instincts .
