Installed 2020 - Kholer 10KW installed on 50A breakout panel for all critical systems - fridge, freezer, water, furnace / A/C, hot water, sump, garage lights. Excellent install and service. Very clean install - electrical, gas and unit. In recent storm, after generator running for 36 hrs it stopped due to battery failure - called tech at 9PM on Friday night of long weekend - he showed up in 15min and we were back up and running.Yes - I recommend.

Great company to deal with.Service rendered was fast and courteous. Payment options are easy! Staff are great and impartial even if you didn't purchase the equipment from them. Especially if you just purchased the home with a standby generator.Knowledgeable staff that came highly recommended directly from Briggs and Stratton representative for the Area.Everything was explained to me and the bill reflected the services offered.No surprise fees.Hats off to this team, 10/10 highly recommend for all your standby generator and warranty needs.

Meet them at the home show in Ottawa. I specifically asked if they service my area and was told yes no problem. Called the following business day and asked again if they service my area and gave my address and was told yep no problem. I sent an email in with all the Information needed had an appointment booked and the morning of ....1 hr before my appointment I get a call saying technician is not coming they don't service your area. Very unprofessional in my opinion

I've been using BHC power for 3 years now to maintain our generator. We've been lucky to have the same technician come to our house each time and he is fantastic at his job. The office team is always positive and professional to deal with. I am very pleased with the level of customer service and the expertise on my generator!! Highly recommend!
