The rooms were a good size. There was some confusion with our dog and the manager told us we didn’t book the correct room for our pet even though we put in the comments we were bringing a dog and told the desk when we checked in. So if you’re bringing a pet make sure to call first. Unfortunately our room never got cleaned, we did have do not disturb because of the dog for 2 days but removed that on the third day but unfortunately the room was missed. Still 4 stars for the value.

Could be better. The receptionist come manager was weird. The senior guy had a weird way of asking things. even the answers sometime does not make senses.

Overall not a bad experience, not impressed by rooms or the building I'm general.The service, actually we never got any service... they never cleaned our room..(internal policies, for covid reasons)mostly I had a feeling that everything was dictated by laziness.Service and breakfast... I m sorry but, to be improved!

We stayed at the hotel for a night to go ski at Le Massif the next morning. It was all around good experience. The room was as described and clean. I found that the shower was really small though and I'm not that tall (about 5'10) so it might be something to keep in mind if you're taller than this. Only one other thing annoyed me during our stay, is that our included breakfast didn't include service. I believe that if hotels want to include breakfast in a package, they shouldn't be allowed to call it free breakfast if gratuities aren't included in the voucher. Aside from that, it was a very nice stay.

Room was clean. It was called renovated, but the sofa looked like it has seen better days. Loved the rad heaters, quiet and does not disturb your sleep. Down blanket kept us very warm. Very strange toilet which once flushed first appears to overflow (yikes).Service is borderline rude. Employees treat the hotel like their own home, which is great for the employer, but quite the opposite for guests. Waitresses in the restaurant refuse to speak English. They act very stressed, huff and puff at any displeasure. Breakfast was included" if you book direct

We stayed here while skiing at Le Massif de Charlevoix. This hotel was a great location, very central to lots of nice restaurants, and a quick drive to the ski hill. Staff was friendly, and breakfasts were fantastic! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a simple, clean, and convenient place to stay while in Baie St. Paul.

The hotel and rooms were pleasant and clean. The American breakfast included with our reservation was great! Although close to the downtown, it was in a somewhat industrial area with no sidewalks. So it wasn't very walkable to the lovely main street of Baie St. Paul.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, exceeding my expectations! For the price it is, it’s super worth it and offers quite a lot of amenities and it has big rooms! We would come back again if ever we pass by the Charlevoix region!
