I've used TIM twice now. Once was on a laptop which suddenly died.The second on an external drive which died. Both times, the service was top-notch. They were able to recover all data from each. They pick up and deliver to me -- saving me a trip. Their turnaround time is excellent. And Bob really does a good job of keeping me informed on the status of the job. There may be other places that are closer (with pick up and deliver, that doesn't matter), but Taking IT Mobile has earned my trust. If I ever need data recovery, they are my first call.

Avi and his team has been phenomenal. I accidently dropped my external hard drive from the couch to the floor. The exterior was intact, but my laptop could not detect the hard drive anymore. The light just flashes and it was making a beeping noise. I was at a loss as 10+ years of photos & videos, filled with memories of my family & travels, were all stored in there. I did not have another backup.I did a search online and initially went to another data recovery lab with seemingly reputable reviews. My drive had defects on the platters, as well as logical issues (corruption/overwrite), so I'm VERY pleased with this company.Communication, cost, turnaround time, and overall ease of process, all excellent. I owe many thanks to Bob and the techs at Taking IT Mobile. They were able to recover virtually all the data from a laptop hard drive that crashed unexpectedly recently with some important photos and files that had not yet been backed up. Their service was fast and professional, and was much appreciated! I am so relieved to see photos again that I feared had been lost forever. I have had 2 amazing experiences with Bob and his team at Take IT mobile. Both times it was for my ancient Mac desk top. It was old and fried and I had not backed any of the thousands of photos I had on the computer. They were successfully recovered and transferred onto an external hard drive and a terabyte of space was added. They have an amazing pick up and drop of delivery service. While I was working on a photo book based on a trip of a lifetime with my Dad, my hard drive stopped. And of course, I did not back up the pictures. Only go to Taking IT Mobile for data recovery! Skip the big name stores and hire Bob and his team. This way you are getting folks who are actually specialized in this particular area. They will go to great lengths in diagnosis and recovery! Even if a drive took a dive take your chances with them, you may get your data back!
