I met Mason Bailey through a client while preparing a property for rental. Mason was fixing the exterior foundation and I asked if he could take a look at the substantial water damage and the discoloration of the basement walls and floors. After accessing. the damage. Mason prepared a proposal for me to review and explained the importance of using quality materials that were safe for the environment which is important to me. I had no idea of the work that went in to such a skill that looked so easy and discovered how dedicated Mason is. Mason is dependable, hardworking, honest and to top it off takes great pride in his work. I will continue to consult with this hardworking knowledgeable professional for all my masonry needs.

Leo was very easy to reach and able to come out in just a few days to inspect our chimney and do some repair work. He was on time, very informative, kept everything clean, explained what he did, provided pictures, and charged a very fair price. We highly recommend him!

I had a fantastic experience with ROC Chimney. We had an old brick chimney that had been covered in aluminum siding by a previous owner. Leo removed the siding, and found that the bricks underneath were too degraded to repair. Instead of having him rebuild a new brick chimney we decided to have him tear down the old one and replace it with a metal b-vent chimney. This change resulted in some new roofing needing to be installed as well. I was having trouble finding someone willing to take this job on, as it was unclear what would be found once the siding was removed and all of the other companies I spoke with seemed intimidated by both the uncertainty and the roof repair that would inevitably be required. Not only was Leo seemingly unintimidated by the scope of work, but he and Mason did a wonderful job, were very easy to work with and charged a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend them.

Leo has done chimney and roof repair on my home. A neighbor highly recommend him and his prices are good. He has always done a quality job very quickly and explained everything so I knew what to expect.

They did what they said and more, and within the timeframe they agreed to. Customer service and communication was excellent. Leo was the only contractor (of 5) who actually went on the roof to look at the chimney before giving a bid. Thank you Leo Metzler,You and your crew were very Attentive and listen to my needs and concerns. I had converted my wood burning fireplace to gas over 28 yr ago. I noticed black shadows on my walls over last winter. After Leo serviced it he found that I had a small Carbon Monoxide leak. They removed the old system with a brand new one. I can’t thank you enough for making my home safe for me and my family you saved our lives. After you were done you cleaned up very well as if you were never here. I highly recommend this company. I reached out to this company via their website, Google phone, and mobile phone number. I called, left voicemails, and text messages over the past two weeks with no response after seeing that they read my texts via read receipt. Unprofessional as they made no attempt to follow up.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by ROC chimney. They gave me an estimate for a new stainless steel chimney liner. They completed all inside work professionally and cleanly, and the outside repairs came out great as well. They kept me informed of my chimneys issues and took pictures during the process. Highly recommend, and their pricing was more honest than other companies.
