Bought a new jeep grand cherokee (2023 ) from amherst chrysler , it’s the 17 th new vehicle i have bought from them . I would recommend them to anyone and everyone . A first class dealership in every way from purchasing to service !!

I had an amazing experience purchasing my Cr-v this month with Derrek White. From finding my vehicle online to him locating it, to videos, and delivery the service was exceptional. My experience with Derrek was he is not the typical sales man he is a family man and very much a friend. He is there for you not himself, making this experience a pleasure. His team was just as great to Jess in finance ( to say this girl is incredible is an understatement/ the overtime she put in for me was unreal, and greatly appreciated) to Jerry the delivery guy, well the smile says it all... not having to leave my home but feeling comfortable doing such a large purchase says a lot. Trust me with Derrek on your side you cannot go wrong. I will be back many more times that's for sure. This team is indeed a family you want to do business with.Great work!

Sold us a vehicle with a rebuilt title and hid the fact that it had a rebuilt title by providing me with the original 17 digit vin. which I used for my insurance company. So that made my vehicle not covered under my insurance policy as the vin they provided is not the vin that was placed on the vehicle when it was Givin a rebuilt title. The vehicle was also very difficult to register when I have 2 different vins in my paperwork and nothing matches up. I was ripped off by this dealership and wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to buy a vehicle from themWorst experience ever buying a vehicle.

This was the best experience I have ever had in a purchase of anything in my entire life. The staff was knowledgeable, courteous and extremely helpful going above and beyond to put me in the right vehicle. If you want a hassle free no pressure vehicle purchase. I highly recommend this dealership. They put me in my dream truck and I am grateful I chose them despite me being in another province. Thanks Joe and Jess you guys are top notch! I accompanied my 19 year old son who was buying his first vehicle. The entire staff at Amherst Chrysler treated both of us in a professional manner and seemed to genuinely appreciate our business. Had great experience buying a Jeep Cherokee Trail Hawk from Derrek White at Amherst Chrysler. He and Sales Manager Jason Coates made it so easy.. they even stayed 2hrs passed closing to accommodate us coming to Amherst from Riverview, NB after work and treated us like long lost friends.. Would definitely buy from them again and highly recommend them!! And as most of the lots here in the Moncton area had nothing on them they had quite a bit of inventory.
