Good collection of cars to rent at this place. The executives were helping me to understand the best deal. Although I did not have license so I just checking for future. Still they were patience and explained it throughly. It was a nice time with them. Recommended place.

We rented a cube van in Rigaud, QC from the Discount Car & Truck Rental when my Moms truck tire blew off. We were in the process of Moving to NB so we needed something to transfer the things out of the back of our truck to. Luckily we found them to be open, we went and picked up a cube van thinking it would be easy to add my mother as a licensed driver once we got to NB so she could drive the truck back as we were not going back, however that proved to be impossible. We spoke with Jeremy at Enterprise and he said it should not be a problem, we went in today and spoke with Callie she was extremely helpful and they tried their best to get us some assistance with the Discount in QC, they called there managers but unfortunately the Branch Manager in QC was being completely unreasonable. Now my husband has to drive 11 hrs to Rigaud and then 11 hrs back ... Thank you to both Jeremy and Callie for the excellent customer service and trying so hard to fight for your customer!! Recommend this location to anyone!

Can't say enough about how great the service was at this location! We received a confirmation call the day before we arrived in town, they accepted a special request for a make and model of rental. They picked us up from the hotel - saving us time and a cab fare too. When we arrived there was a shiny red mustang in the parking lot. It was available for rent so we took advantage of the opportunity and took the upgrade for the weekend. We came back on the Monday and swapped back into an SUV, and at the end of the trip - they dropped us at the airport. All the staff, were friendly, professional and made the process seamless. We will definitely rent from them the next time we return to Moncton!! Thank you

Booked a full size sedan during the august long weekend, did not had a good experience.I was given a Toyota Camry first and I did not notice until the next day morning that the Camry was broken and kept making noise while driving it, had to go back and get a different car. I also requested to upgrade the vehicle to a full size vehicle but was refused.The second car given to me was VW Passat and later on had the same thing while driving on the highways made noise.My friends were visiting me from ON were really upset with the service as well even after paying huge amounts.

Very good service! Dog ate the electronic key and they were very patient and helpful in helping me get the spare and finally bring the car back. Very happy with the experience despite my bit a bad luck.
