Regent Granite & Marble, Inc.

We started working with Regent Granite & Marble in Dec 2016, unfortunately we hit a lot of bumps, mostly mathematical which is not great when installing granite counter tops. One full counter replacement with three partial counter top replacements followed. We also had some minor caulking issues which were easily and quickly corrected. We knew going in that the reviews were not overly positive (they had recently had a management turnover so we weren't listening to everything) however the price was reasonable in comparison to several others and the people Scott, Louis and Lara all were all friendly, professional and respectful. I have to say not once did they make either myself or my husband feel badly, guilty, at fault or too picky for noting areas in need of repair or replacement they stood behind their installation and product. We did in April of 2017 get what we wanted and are very happy with the counter. Negatives...too many measurements and installation errors, too much repeated clean up for me (washing cupboard floors and dishes) and the whole process took far too long. Positives ....reasonable prices, stood behind workmanship and product, nice people. In the end we got what we wanted.

My wife and I just used Regent Granite & Marble Inc. for our kitchen renovation and wanted to pass on how great of an experience it was. With a baby on the way, we were starting to get a bit stressed and Scott really helped us find the right granite counter top for our renovation in a very quick turn around time. From the day we walked into the showroom, to when Scott came to our house with his son to measure, and then to installation, the whole experience was easy and smooth. Extremely nice staff who were very knowledgeable. All kinds of product to choose out of. I found most of their product was quartz with a large selection.Surprisingly they showed me one product that was on the lower end of the prices and showed me a similar product that was on the higher end. It looked the same, the employee said why go more expensive when it is the same product.#localguides

Regent Granite was fantastic to work with. Lara went out of her way to ensure we received the granite slabs we wanted and kept our budget in mind. Scott double checked the fit and was very patient with our selections and questions. The counter top was cut exactly to fit the profile of the wall, and the over hangs are perfectly even and uniform throughout. The largest run in our kitchen required a seam, Regent worked very hard to make it nearly invisible. Fantastic experience, we will be returning for future projects and recommending them for others!
