NAPA AUTOPRO - Drive-In Auto Repair

Doing my due diligence, I decided to bring a possible vehicle I was going to purchase in to NAPA. Immediately greeted by the front desk with smiles and enthusiasm I already knew the service was going to be above and beyond. I was told the inspection for the vehicle would take some time ( approx. 1hr - 2hr) . I was ok with the wait time granted it was going to be a thorough inspection. When the inspection was completed it was sent to me directly( via text with online link) with everything conveniently outlined. The shop is awesome ran by a stellar team! When I do decide on a vehicle for purchase I'll be frequenting this shop for all my upkeep and repairs!

Lived in New westminster my whole life been to countless mechanics all over the lower mainland nothing even comes close to this family business. Stop your search and get some quality honest work here and never think twice again.

Had the best experience & highly recommended going if you need something done. Booked online in the morning and was in there the same day. Fixed my car's issue & was reasonably priced. Will be going back for sure!

I wasn't satisfied with their job, went for wheel alignment and balancing and both wasn't done properly. My car still go left and car was vibrating when driving 120km/h or more.

Had a pleasant experience. Went for my Tesla Model 3's out of province inspection and wheel alignment. Transparent and affordable pricing. Totally recommended.

They are not honest. Told me I needed to spend $800+ on brakes and roters. She said I had Spots" on the roters! Spots! Found an Honest machanic and said I didn't need roters. She told me I needed new lug nut as my Locking ones were stripped. Then they changed ALL but ONE of the lug nuts stating they had already started puttting Locking nuts then the delivery of the regular ones arrived after they put ONE back on and they changed all the other ones and will replace the ONE LOCKING LUG NUT for FREE when I come back to spend $800 unnecessarily one brakes and roters! How generous!!!! They'll NEVER get my business again."

I went to this business for the out-of-province vehicle inspection for my Mazda3. Right from the time I stepped in, till I left with my car and the inspection report, the owners were very friendly and took their time to explain the entire process to me, despite being quite busy. They know how to prioritize customers over money. It was then I made the decision that this business will be my go-to for all my car's service needs. Highly recommended.

Called 4 other shops before here, all said they couldn’t get me in for weeks. Husband and wife team, told me to bring it in, had my truck back on the road less than 24 hours. Great people to deal with, honest, and trust worthy. Support a local family business!*****EDIT******Just had some major repairs done through these guys again, Roheeda and Shaz are so transparent and forthcoming it’s great. Will always bring my vehicles for anything I need done to them. Won’t find a more reliable and honest mechanic around new west, thanks guys!

Victoria guy says wow these guys were awesome. They did a thorough inspection at an affordable price on a vehicle i was thinking to buy. Then explained to me what needed attention sooner than later and they weren't trying to get extra sales out of me like most places would, they just suggested and then i went on my way . . Its a couple who owns this place and they were both fantastic to deal with. keep up the good work being honest and friendly business owners.. recommend 100%.

I taken my car couple minutes ago from Napa, I have a bad experience in there. The Secretary lady doesn't know anything about car and what kind of oil to change. she pushed me to use what she want. I can’t pay more money to buy fully synthetic oil, because it’s almost half percentage more expensive. Then I said ok no need anything I want to take my car back and go different service, but the service guy said already all oil drained. Lady and some worker started to curse me then someone call the police. The policemen really polite I want to say thanks. In conclusion they changed my car oil, and I took my car back. I never visit again this service. just I want to share my bad experience. Thank you.
