Nice stuff in this store

Had a really bad experience. Went with my friend for shopping, hearing that there is a really good sale going on at PUMA (Windsor crossing). My friend liked a cap which was given under 60 % clearance (I have added the pictures). When we went for payment, the guy who was there told us that, it was not under the mentioned clearance. We felt really bad. And when we gave the suggestion to atleast remove the clearance board above it, so that the upcoming customers won't be confused, he told us that they can't do anything regarding that and they won't change the board. At the time when I was inside the store, I have seen many customers getting confusing with the board. It was a really bad experience.

Good for shoes. Their clearance section have nice discount but clothes below average.

***Very very poor customer service*** , bought shoes for my kid and they forgot to take off security magnet and now asking me to travel 40km. And sound rude over the phone .Amazing!!!! Will never buy anything from PUMA

The cashier was very rude. We were waiting and talking between us and suddenly he shouts for us to come like we are there to get stuff for free! Its not a bad place tho, its just that CASHIER who ruined our experience!

Great store with nice deals. Today Black Friday everything was 50% off which was cool. Not allot of sizes left so go early on sale days. Somewhat under staffed (saw only 3 people in the store working floor and check-out), surprisingly I didn't have a long wait for checkout but didn't find anyone on the floor to ask questions. Styles are a bit older. Stuff on their website is not available at the outlet, mostly.

I have been in Hospitality and customer service for 20 years. And by far this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will not return to this location.1.no acknowledgement2. Store was a mess3.there were approximately 15 people in store and there were 4 employees that i was looking for because I didn’t know who’s working.3. Wanted kids shoes for my daughter and waited for 10 minutes and I was looking for myself until i saw a young lady that I called. She dropped the box and walked away(went to the back because they didn't have size 10 girls shoes) i wanted to buy 3 pairs and all the sudden all 4 employees hanging out at the cash register chatting while customers looking around and a lot were leaving. And thats where i made sure the staff were wrong and pointed out about their poor service. Some people will fight for a job and others don't care. I don't blame them, i blame poor management.
