great wine selection, great food, the daily specials are a must try but the house cocktails were just a bit lacking in flavor

I have tried it 3 weeks ago.Then again 2 weeks agoThen again last weekendJust last week they didn't have my favorite calamari and the service was super slow.But I'm going again this week ;)

Wonderful ambiance for afternoon/evening drinks, St-Charles has a nice patio with tables as well as a seating area if you wish to relax with friends. The have a creative menu, tartars, seasonal dishes as well as a unique spin on regular bistro items. The have a selection of beer on tap and an interesting cocktail menu. We did not look at the wine menu but shelves of wine inside obviously tells the story. Our server was eager to practice her English with my gf who doesn’t speak a lick of French. The service for our entrées was prompt. It was a small wait for our main which we shared. The prices are fair considering what we expected and we were not disappointed. We will visit this bistro again next time we’re in Blainville.

What a nice and cozy place. Went to get only deserts and we were amazed. A very unique style of presentation. Not the typical serving plates as you can see from the pictures. The cheese cake was amazing. It was in the very creamy with splash of coffee syrup with mini waffles and strawberries. Very nice ambience. Loved it.

The restaurant was clean, had a nice atmosphere, accompanied with excellent service.We ordered the duck wings and the fondue as entrées which were really good.For the main course, we chose the risotto which ended up being a little disappointing. We loved the crunchy prosciutto, but the cold burrata in the middle made the rest of the dish cold. The risotto itself also lacked flavor. We also ordered the blood sausage and we recommend this dish.

We were there for lunch. The soup of the day was mushroom, but it tasted only thyme, no mushrooms.My friend asked for onion free tartare, which she got, but mine also was without onions, which i didn't request. The service was very neglected, the ambiance was filled with drunk people talking very loudly. I will no go back there.

Food was so delicious. Love the look of the restaurant, young fresh with a cool vibe. So glad there’s a cool place like this near home. Service was also great! I had Tartar full of flavour, the side salad was nice and dense, and the fish and chips were not too heavy with a great tartar sauce! Would definitely go back and bring friends!
