TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

I stopped by today to do some transactions, gentleman called Heron is the one that looked after my needs, very professional and high customer service by him.I will definitely be back to this location

I had the worst experience with the personal banker at this branch. She was disrespectful and condescending. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing and just repeating useless information. Her solutions were ridiculous and I can't believe TD hires people like this to represent them.

Terrible customer service, especially from the manager. I will be closing all my business accounts and personal

May is a one of the most patient tellers at this branch. I feel like her hard work isn’t recognized enough

TD Branch at Ira Needles has become a terrible bully of its clients. Sidewalk check by a clerk taking our data asking what we are here for; saying that this will prepare the teller for our transactions. Teller as it appears has no clue when he/she is approached. Without giving our info on the sidewalk (where all other clients in a lineup can hear our name and reason for being there - where is a banking privacy?) we are not allowed to ENTER the branch. Inside clerk bullies clients to stand on the marks for our protection". Tellers are clueless on processes unless you do a simple withdrawals

I had a great experience with this branch. We were heading out of town and realized 5 minutes before closing that we needed USD. I arrived (embarrassingly) just as they were closing the gate. The manager motioned for me to go through the door and was extremely polite, as was the teller Jinso, even though I felt terrible for arriving just before closing. Even as I left both kindly wished me a good evening. I was pleasantly surprised with this service as I wouldn’t have blamed them if they were unimpressed with a super latecomer. Thanks!!

Called in today and it’s going to take 3 weeks to open up my corporate bank account and close my sole proprietor account. I can’t believe this nor can I wait this long.In contact with RBC I’m tired of TD banks long waits and I suggest anyone reading this review does the same. Much better service there and they can open my account in the next few days.

This is the worst experience in a bank. Today I walked in and first talked to a young man at the counter, told him that I wanted to talk with an investment advisor and talk about GIC, he was really patient, polite, and helpful! He let me know I someone could help me in 10 mins and directed me to the waiting area… till this point, I was 200% satisfied with the service! The star is for him!!!But, after 10mins, the advisor came, without greeting and introducing herself, rudely pointed her finger at me and said “you want to talk GIC?” then brought me to her office. Then, she ask me how much do I have and interested in which product. Then, just told me the rate, without any other information, recommendations, even not try to “sell” their products or services, so I left and visited other banks. Decide to continue my banking with RBC.First I want to say, my figure is not small, then I look like a student which may seem poor to her.You have a really bad person or representative in you branch and ruined my good impression of TD.

Terrible customer service. I went there 15 minutes before closing to do an urgent wire transfer but the guy at the counter told me, it will take him 15-20 minutes to do the wire and he can’t stay 5 minutes extra. Asked me to come back another day. Kept arguing while he could’ve gotten the work done instead. Very unprofessional! Won’t be going to this branch anymore. This is the 3rd time we have had a bad experience with the tellers here. No customer service whatsoever!!
