I absolutely love the customer service at this place. All the staff is absolutely amazing!Had a great experience getting my baby’s ears pierced with Tasbeeha. However, I was unhappy with the way one piercing was - not her fault.. it’s hard when the baby is fussy after the first pierce. I had the pleasure of working with the amazing Alex to help fix it. She provided outstanding customer service; friendly, patient and took the time to make sure it was done perfectly.Thank you again ladies.Great job on hiring the right staff with the right attitude Claire’s! ❤️

Tasbeeha is incredible, I took my four year old for a piercing and Tasbeeha was patient and extremely kind to her. Couldn’t have been happier with the customer service. Highly recommend going there and asking for her.

It was the day after Boxing Day and the staff were amazing! Friendly and great communication. They squeezed us in to get my daughters ears pierced and were amazing with her too! They made sure I got all my free" items too for the sale They were having!"

don't get your ears pierced here when i was around 18 years old i got my piercing site infected they dont clean there piercing tools aren't cleaned regulated dont get make up here there make has asbestos in it dont take your kids here take them somewhere else if they want experiment in makeup or have there ears pierced in doctors office or tattoo shop

Very disappointing. I find this store extremely expensive. They had an in store deal buy three get three free. That still cost $60. I just felt for the things I got it wasn't worth it. Staff was fantastic there. Very helpful and very friendly.

Amazing customer service from Alex! She was so busy but was patient with us and very friendly. She was working on her own at a very busy time but was still able to make us feel important and took her time with our piercing. Excellent customer service, multi tasking skills and very personable!! We will definitely be back,as long as Alex is there!!
