Booked the appointment, same day with their online booking system. That whole process was very smooth and easy. They are very clean. Their staff is very polite. They quickly seated me after I checked-in. My nail tech was Jenlyn. She did an amazing job. She took her time. She was very gentle with my nails and fingers. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and a few things I changed as she was doing my nails and she did my nails exactly how I wanted! They clean their equipment after every use and seem to be sanitizing frequently. I had a great experience and I will be returning again!!

I went in to get my nails changed by Lucy, I told her my shellac wasn’t holding onto my nails the way I wanted them to, so she mentioned for the design I was getting that Biogel would be better for me and last longer! I took her advice and got the biogel, my nails turned out amazing! I was suggested this salon by a regular customers of theirs. Will be back when I need a filling.

I had the pleasure of meeting Alicia, a truly talented nail technician. Alicia's expertise and skill in creating chrome nails is simply outstanding. She took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and then went above and beyond to deliver exceptional results. Her precision in applying the chrome finish was truly remarkable. The end result was stunning, and I couldn't have been happier with how my nails turned out. She did a really bad job I believe her name is Annie.These are my natural nails, and She butchered it. The shape is uneven. The lines aren't crisp.My nails aren't the same length for both hands.She went crazy on filingIt looks like an attempt of Me doing my own nails and failing.Disapponting. I'd rather make the drive out of town to have proper work done. We're new to the area and from toronto, this place had good reviews but maybe I just ended up with with the not so good tech and the others are better. Either way I won't be coming back. I paid and still left her a normal tip because why ruin someone's day? She knew it was bad too but im not going to make a scene.

Love this place. I come here at least once a month for bio-gel nails and pedicures. All the techs know what they are doing and do great work. I always get compliments on my nails and have never had any issues with them breaking or coming off before they should!

Been coming here for a couple of months now and love it. My nail tech is Kate and she’s amazing she brings all the designs I ask for to life. You won’t regret booking with her !

Me and my MIL come in atleast once a month to get our nails done (bio gel refills, the service isn’t listed above) all the girls are amazing and very accommodating. I had brought my baby who was 1 month old at the time and all the girls were very helpful especially when he began to lose his mind crying my nail tech forget her name was so helpful when doing my nails…

It's my first time with Pedi N Nails, I thought I'd give it a try rather than go to my regular salon which is 30 mins away. I'm so glad I booked my 1st appt. I did Polygel,Tia was thorough. Did not hesitate to rework when she felt some bumps. Salon is clean and great ambiance which is a plus. I'm to find a nail salon in Milton. Definitely coming back. Thanks Tia for color suggestion. Took my daughter to have her nails done for grad. We were very happy with this salon. By far the best experience. Clean and spacious! Jenlyn did a wonderful job on my daughter's nails. She asked for a picture and did them exactly as my daughter hoped. We will definitely go back!

I keep giving this place a try because it’s conveniently located near my home, however, I will not be returning anymore. I called on a Tuesday to book a Friday evening appointment for my daughter and I. The girl on the phone did not book the correct services, which was apparent when I showed up. Instead of letting me know they wouldn’t have enough time to finish both services before closing, they rushed and my nails look absolutely horrible. I must’ve had about 5 different ladies that worked on my nails and I felt bad because they finished about 30 minutes after closing. You can even see they left a piece of lint that is now embedded in one of my nails. One of my daughters nails is already coming off. They look horrible as you can also see. Previously before this appointment, I had a shellac manicure that was peeling off in day three. Photos posted are day three gel nails. Pedicure was ok, no complaints there. They obviously have organizational issues with time management and appointments. Very upset because I paid almost $200 for my daughter and I.
