I bought a rifle on their WEB site and it arrived in perfect condition, impeccable box and covered with black plastic to hide the content. Delivery by Canpar was also very quick. I am a resident of the province of Quebec. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

I received my att on May 31st and have called multiple times to ask when my order will be ready to ship. Gives me the same excuse every time, I understand the current situation, I waited more than 13 days and they still haven't shipped yet. Now they don't even answer the phone.

GREAT STAFF and prices. Staff member (Mike) went out of his way in a crunch to handle some billing issues for me and even called me personally to tell me about transfer information. I bought ISSC MK22, RIFLE c.22 LR / 22 Rd. from Durhamoutdoors, Mike delivered it to me around 6:30 PM on Friday because I told him I need it before Monday. Excellent customer service.Also Mike has a superior knowledge of the firearms and he offer to answer any question regarding the firearm I bought or any other, I will definitely buy again from him. Parcel wasn't give to Canada Post for week after my credit card was charged, and only happened then because I emailed and asked what was up.5 weeks later, the parcel still hasn't arrived (I'm within Canada, this kind of delivery usually takes 3-5 days) and was told by Canada Post to contact the shipper and tell them to start a claim.Durham Outdoors told me I hadn't purchased extra coverage (?)" and would only get 100 dollars back from my $330.00 purchase. They also wouldn't start the claim for the $100

Been meaning to post this for a while. A few month ago I was looking to buy an item from this store, and trade in another item towards it. When first contacting, the owner seemed nice and helpful, but I soon realized that wasn't the case. After submitting an online trade in offer, I heard nothing back, so I emailed them instead. They responded asking what I wanted, but then I never heard back. I then decided to call the store, and after a friendly conversation with the worker, I was told that they would get back to me by the end of the day. After 2 days of hearing nothing, I called back and spoke to the same person who told me that they would absolutely take a trade in, and will call me back with an offer in the next hour. Still nothing, even a day after. At this point they started ignoring my phone calls all together. Very unprofessional store that is poorly run. If you wanted to be treated with a shred of respect, look elsewhere.

I ordered this folding stock they said shipping time was 3 to 5 days sent the money two days later didn’t hear anything back contacted them they still are claiming they never received the money did screenshot showing it coming out of my account and the date and time they they still said they still didn’t get it and to go to my bank went to my bank got a print out statement directly from the bank showing the exact time the money went into their account to the second, they still claim they didn’t receive the money they will not take any phone calls or answer emails these people are scam artists go look at all the complaints any of the ones claiming they got good service are fake created by the owners of this business I travel to that area frequently and I will be stopping in to the shop to recover my funds I hope they read this see you soon .

Don’t have enough good things to say about my experience. Called to confirm online stock and they checked for me right away. Placed my order online and it was shipped that same day. Order was wrapped discretely and packaged with care. A+ experience all around.
