Where do I start… let me start by saying this our server is amazing. He makes you feel like you’re at home! He knows his customers and he’s a hard worker! When I first came to this location he was doing everything alone and he did not miss a beat!! Even came and opened the door for me and my family. When I come to town I don’t even go to any other location because I already know the service won’t be even close to the service I get at this location. I’m about to go get my sweet escape now!!!

I ordered dinner for takeout today and the food was absolutely delicious. My wings and fries were so fresh and the quantity was great! Every time I order from the Ajax location, I’m beyond happy with my experience. The staff are amazing and very sweet. I usually am not the type to write reviews but I’m just always so impressed with this location!!

Food is very delicious and service is very fantastic that i haven’t seen before and the server was very familiar with me and give respect to me. I ordered food that was very delicious and ever have it before so i will come again to have food and beer, thank you so much.

The servers are fantastic but the location can be a hit or miss. The last two times I was here, there was only one server and as I understand one guy in the kitchen which leaves it feeling understaffed but not necessarily as it’s often deserted. The drinks are watered down and food can be hit or miss. Would recommend only the wings which are usually okay.

The chicken wing is under cook! Very disappointing! Also not enough staff ! I no longer recommend this restaurant.

I called in to place an order at 10:35pm and started ordering- the lady seemed to get frustrated when I asked for Caesar does Texas apparently that’s an ‘all star wings’ order so asked for something similar and instead she said they are actually closing and not going to take orders when I was only 3 minutes away. Online it states they close at 11pm- they should not close kitchen that early. When I addressed how early it was she said everyone needs to understand since covid things have changed. Using covid as an excuse in Feb 2023 is beyond ridiculous. Buffalo Wild Wings gained my business tonight.

This wild wing was brutal I will say that we ordered hot dogs and they only had one hot dog left as well as the poutine the cheese was still cold as well as the waiter or the server who was serving us kept his earbuds in unfortunately I'll be addressing this with head office because this should never happen and as well the pop did not taste very good I didn't complain because I was too hungry I'd been on the road for almost 7 hours never go to this wild wing

Service was good but the wings were only 7 pieces. Been to Scarborough location which had 9 pieces.I had mentioned to server to inform the owner of discrepancy and her answer was in Ajax 7 pieces they served.It should be all the same I claimed.
