I was forced to get a new car (due to an accident) and so I urgently needed winter tires, as the new car only came with performance summer tires. I called many dealerships and tire shops before finally speaking to Hubert at Integra. He took the time to put together a staggered winter tire package suited to my car. He recommended the Toyo GSI-6 HP tire and I'm glad I took his advice, as these are the best winter tires I've ever had and at a price no one else could even come close to! From the product, to the price, and especially the customer service, I'm very happy I gave my business here!

From a customer's perspective, the place is clean, professional, and quiet. The manager is friendly and knowledgeable. I come here to change my winter/summer tires. I am satisfied with their service.

Last time to deal with this place. I spent hundreds of dollars at this location. Yes they do a good job which you can get from other places too but with cheaper prices. They diagnosed a few issues with my van last summer and fixed some of them. They know what does the car require but they charged me again for diagnosis the same issue today as if it is first time to inspect that wheel bearing issue. They could charge less since it took a few minutes from them to diagnose that issue. Last time to deal with this place.

I am an elder lady and needed my car repaired. The gentlemen that talk to me on the phone was clear conscience and gave me a quote comparable to others I had received and I think a little lower.They did the work at the price they quoted, where kind, did not talk down to me or look past me. The work was done in a timely fashion and they notice my back break light was out and asked if I wanted it replaced. I agreed and my care was returned to me and it is safe in the garage.Thank you so much for your help, I will be back. Jan Peters

I am extremely happy with the service I received. I had fully expected my car was going to need much more mechanical work than it actually ended up needing, so they could have easily charged me for unnecessary repairs and I would have been none the wiser. Such a comfort to know I’ve found a repair shop I can trust! Highly recommend.
