Yesterday I made an order for take out.. Wings 30 pieces sweet thai chili, Half Rack BBQ Back Ribs with 2 buns, 2 Cheese Perogies and 2 Lemon Meringue Pies.. I received the wings not sweet thai chili.. They were regular just BBq that we didn't like them.. I received just 1 bun.. And the 2 lemons meringue pies were damaged, the base was completely separated and destroyed, we couldn't eat it......before the pandemic this location was so good but now!! What happened with you guys?

Came to get takeout and had to wait 10 mins before this woman came to take my order. Called her 4 times and she just kept looking at her phone and texting. Just WOW! Absolutely mind blowing!! The manager needs to really take a closer look at his staff.

I knew something was wrong with this place as soon as I walked in and noticed it was fully empty (during rush hour)1. Their heating system is broken. It is absolutely FREEZING in the entire restaurant.2. I got food poisoning from their dry chicken!!!!! It smelled funny, I wish I said something but I gave the benefit of doubt and was too nice.3. They are cheap with their portion sizes.Beware of this place. There's a reason why it's empty 90% of the time!

Really great service here! Host was very welcoming coming in and server was extra friendly as well. Food was to the high standard I have come to expect from Swiss chalet in general.

Tried the fry chicken n parmesan fries. Overall it was great ! Fries lil oily but tasted good . Kid got the kids pizza good size pizza she loved it

Food tasted moderately good, however it would’ve tasted even better with proper service. Placed an online order while running some errand and the order came within 10 minutes. Delivery person called and said they delivered the food, which we informed him was the wrong house number. He told us to walk over and pick up the order from that house as he’s busy with another delivery. When we got home and found our order the pictures below show how we received it. We called in and asked for another order informing them of their driver mistake and not knowing if someone from the other wrong delivery spot touched it, the lady instead told me to “stop being disrespectful” and that I won’t get another delivery of my order until “after an hour”. Have never dealt with such terrible service from Swiss Chalet in my life. Definitely will never go to this location again and would not recommend it to anyone either!

Went here for pork ribs. Was n more than a tad bit disappointed with the food. The ribs seemed dry and over cooked. The pilaf was insipid and the waitress rude and indifferent. The restrooms were shabby. Not worth the money.

ordered 2 half racks during Valentine's day rush. clearly got 3rd racks instead. too late to go all the way back to store. usually this store is good but I'm disappointed this time...

The waiter was very nice. We arrived around 8:30 pm for a late dinner.The back kitchen staff were so loud it almost seemed like they were arguing, super unprofessional. They also didn’t even look like they worked there when some of them came out from the back. They didnt have lemon for our water. They didn’t have the sauces we ordered for our apps. The waiter did her best to accomadate us. I believe they need better management to run this location we should not heard loud noises or yelling from the Kitchen while dining in.It was honestly very loud like they were yelling at each other. Was not pleased with this experience. Keep the waiter retrain the rest of the staff.

Very, very poor. Picked our food up and it was a mess. When I called to let them know all the person could say was I'm sorry? 1/2 rack of ribs is 4 ribs! Nothing like the picture that advertises the food. Will never go back to this location, we have been here numerous years and lately the service and food is inexcusable. Would not recommend to anyone for this location.
