Most of the staff was pretty rude. Was unable to order product because I don't have a account from here so they sent me to dnz down the road then I had to go back and pick it up here... They don't call when your order is in. I'll be staying away from here.

Great service, friendly staff. Urbano has been shopping here for supplies for the past 6 years. They always have plenty of stock at competitive prices. I recommend any professional contractor shop there for supplies. Cheers

As a floorlayer with over 30 years of experience I have never seen a supply store with this unbelievable high pricing. As a contractor with an account I went in to buy Planipatch /additive and vinyl floor adhesive. $106 later I sat outside in my truck in disbelief. Being new to town I researched for another provider which was on average 25% cheaper for the same products. 5 minutes later I went back in to Prosol to return the items only to be told that all sales were final. No signage was posted for this and I was forced keep the materials. Upon further investigation I found that price wise ,Prosol is no deal for flooring contractors and I can find most of the same basic products at Home Depot for the same price. Dragona Flooring Supply is the company for professional installers at a fair price. They are also open to the public with or without an account. Prosol is a no apologies rip off ! Run forest run !!!!

As a tile setter prosol is a great place for your tools , grout , cement , spacers ..you name it ! Great service and very knowledgable on everything they carry . You will need to open an account with them in order to buy so just be prepared to have your company info if your a first time shopper there
