Best grooming place for cat. Staff there are kind and considering. My long hair cat has a oily skin type which makes his hair stiff and hard. After the grooming his hair looks nice and shiny and feels so soft. Really appreciate their efforts and help.

I was taking my cat to bath at this place. He really enjoyed it! They take care of every details including those hair on the paws. And I fund this cute little choker here, very impressive.

This is one of the cutest pet stores I've ever seen! If you're looking for bespoke unique pet items (scratching posts, beds, dishes, etc.) this is the place. I also was able to find wet cat food that is always out of stock other places. Highly recommend this place and will be back.

I'd say this is my new go-to spot for pet supplies around the neighbourhood. Dropped by during a lunch run at the plaza and picked up some treats & canned foods for my babes. Ordering in advance made the whole pick-up experience extra smooth, the staffs are also nice and friendly.

My favourite pet shop! First time in this weekend and came across an amazing selection of Asian cat food, the worlds cutest cat toys and towers. And a lot of accessories in playful colours that are hard to find elsewhere. Friend staff that give you the space to look around and help when needed. Can’t wait to go back!

I went looking to buy some food the items for my cat. Honestly the best pet shop I’ve been to. The store employee was very nice and patient, she provided very good advises according to my needs. She also give us some extra presents, will definitely go again.

I found this place by chance and fell immediately in love with this store. I believe it's the closest to perfection if you're a pet lover especially if you have a cat. Products are unique and beautiful and reasonably priced. Whoever designed this store and is curing the assortment knows what they're doing.

I recently visited this pet shop and had a negative experience with the staff, especially with Adam. I found him to be rude and unhelpful during my visit, which made my experience less than pleasant. It was disappointing to be treated in such a way, especially since I was a paying customer. I hope that the management of the pet shop will address this issue and ensure that their staff provide excellent customer service to all visitors. Until then, I will not be returning to this pet shop.

It’s the best cat grooming experience I’ve ever had in GTA. Staff are so friendly and patient. They spent a lot of time to dry him out because my cat is afraid of blow dryer. I really appreciate their hard work and treated my cat very well.This is also my go to place for cat stuff, food and litter.10/10 recommend.
