We recently bought a small motel that hadn't given due diligence to the upkeep of the septic pumping. We were afraid it would require a few visits to clear up the matter. We contacted another pumper twice, who never returned our calls. We called A 1 and they were here the next day to take care of our need. We would have believed them if they had said we needed more work than was necessary, but they were honest and helpful and didn't take advantage of our situation! They have earned our trust and our future business.

Benton answered on the first ring. Was empathetic about our situation. And had someone out the very same day. The serviceman was knowledgeable respectful and generally awesome. I wanted to offer him a beer. We will use them for any and all septic services from here on out.

I cannot say enough great things about Matt. What a stellar and exceptional service he did at our home. Our septic backed up and he was here within one hour. Multiple issues were found with drain filters within our home that were carpeted over by the previous owners. He had amazing attitude and would not leave until the job was done. His prices were more than fair for the work he did. He was at our home for over two hours. Excellent customer service!
