RBC Royal Bank

This branch of RBC is terrible! The customer service is bad and the manager especially is rude and unhelpful. We no longer go to this branch due to the poor service. Instead we use the branch by Walmart, and I recommend other RBC members do the same.

Very unprofessional, booked an in person appointment at this branch (Milton Mall) when I reached the branch before time, I came to know the advisor has left for the day, called her and she booked another phone appointment after a month but never called for the appointment. Will move my accounts to another branch/bank.

Terrible customer service. Went into bank for an appointment only to find out representative double booked and tried to say I didn’t have an appointment despite 2 confirmation emails saying I did. She proceeded to yell at me in the middle of the bank. I was there to start estate process for my recently deceased husband. Can’t wait to get all accounts closed

Excellent customer services. We were in line and Chris approached us by his own to get our things fixed asap. This is the best services I ever received from any RBC branch. Keep up the good works guys. Appreciate your work.

Very, very bad experience with Nicole. rbc would allow Nicole to call and recommend loan activity without my consent! Extremely irresponsible service. Covering up some important information just to sign a contract. Once the contract was signed, immediately shirked responsibility. I would advise everyone to find her with caution. And remember, the whole process needs to be documented by yourself. Because when the agent she will deny it completely. When investigated, it is surprising to say that she did not record herself and does not do anything about it. She is someone who takes other people's money to improve her own performance!!!

For many years past; met and dealt with many employees of banks. National and Global. They were good. But the best , toping them all is (SABINA DRINIC) . She is so excellent in solving your problem, assisting you with any type of service as “ No worries: and here it is DONE “.On every occasion I had a problem with my account or service , she solved same in no time .The way she handles the customers is way above the highest quality standards.She is an asset to RBC.I wish her all the success on every step she takes.RBC Branch Milton MallTransit 03092

Both the staff and managers at the Milton Mall location go above and beyond to help their customers out and ultimate success for the customer is their conclusive goal. The two managers that I have met at the branch go above and beyond to make sure you as their customer is completely satisfied. Even online I personally have only glowing results. I realize that they are only human and attempting to do at times super human feats… yes occasionally you may have to wait a few minutes to see someone, yet when all is said and done you, the customer are their final goal… You may never have the world by the tail, but the RBC staff will make it just a little easier to reach…

Just wow. Opened my personal and business account in 10 minutes!!! Nancy and Harjinder are very professional, helpful and kind. RBC is everything a bank should be. Everyone there is so welcoming and they really make you feel like an important person. You just don’t get that kind of fast service when banking with other banks. I appreciate all the staff and look forward to many years banking with RBC!

Is there any reason why I have been receiving calls from this branch and anytime I call back it goes straight to your customer care, and no reason is provided for this unsolicited calls. It has been happening for over 1 month now and the calls are every week. Totally frustrating and I find this bank very lousy in their approach with dealing with customers. I believe you can use emails to communicate to your customers instead of several calls. I will appreciate if these calls can just STOP! I guess my crime is having an account with RBC!

I had more than one pending problem, I went to Milton branch. there are a wonderful employee “Dalia” . She welcomed me and helped me more than I expected. She was very kind and helpful.
