Everything Dr. Vecchio said pre surgery that would happen, has beenhappening.  All good. I am very pleased with hisrecommendation of the Vivity Lens. I researched as much as I could, but ultimately the decision hinges on an act of faith.  The professionalism I encountered at TLC helped with that decision. The staff there are extremely helpful. It's been quite an amazing  journey for me.Dr. Anjema did a perfect job installing the new lenses. I'm still amazed at this technology.  We knew I'd need reading glasses afterwards, but I can still read some things without reading glasses.I am extremely pleased with the professionalism and patience shown by the entire staff at TLC.

All of the staff here were fantastic to deal with. They explained everything thoroughly and were very professional and kind. Both surgery days were seamless, and the information provided for after care was clear and concise. Very happy to have chosen TLC for my surgery. Great experience all around.

I had iol replacements in both eyes. - If it was to resolve Cataracts then insurance pays. My surgeries were elective, so I paid out of pocket.I definitely get more use out of these new eyes" than I would out of that cash. Bonus is that I will never get cataracts!Everything I was told

I can't recommend this place enough. From the consultation all the way until post-operation, this staff was wonderful. Everyone was so knowledgeable, kind, and willing to answer any questions you may have. The concept of eye surgery honestly terrified me, but the staff ensures you know exactly what to expect and that they're there for you the entire time. I'm currently nearly 3 weeks post-op and so far so good, it's nice to have sight without glasses!

I had laser eye surgery done here a month and a half ago, and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! I was anxious about the surgery, but they took time to answer all my questions and walk me through every step beforehand, and during the surgery. It was quick and completely painless, and the recovery was honestly easier than I expected. It feels like magic to just have my eyes work now without glasses or contacts, I am so so SO glad I got laser eye surgery done at TLC!!

The staff were absolutely incredible to deal with through the process I want to make that clear. I had my laser surgery done last March for both eyes at London TLC and unfortunately they had issue with the laser to do the flap incision on one eye which led to issues I think with the suction ring being on too long, the laser kept bumping my brow and we kept having to reposition. The one eye is laser sharp now while my other struggles, both almost identical prescription before, it took the one almost three times the amount of time to heal and was noticeably more swollen with far more redness post procedure.I'm told now that there isn't anything I can do and am stuck with one slightly blurry which has caused some headache issues and is incredibly frustrating to think about. We also can't seem to find a contact lens given the prescription my optometrist says I have in that eye. Lenses for my new prescription in that eye don't seem to work and makes it worse. But again I don't think I should need to wear contacts only a year after this procedure which is the whole point.Definitely better than glasses but I didn't have headaches with my glasses and I'm a little bit frustrated having paid what we did and with such a precise procedure to have had it end up like this.I'm not writing this as a three-star towards any of the TLC staff, clearly there are so many five stars but more so to the actual situation and overall satisfaction with the process. I'm stuck thinking what if they didn't have an issue with placing the laser the first shot would I have laser accurate vision in both eyes. Am I stuck with this now out of innocent hastiness to move the appointments of the day through, could this have been foreseen given my deeper brows? I had read through countless reviews for Lasik and never thought I would be that one random person having issue post op but sure enough.......

Everyone at the Talbot Centre clinic were professional, informative and incredibly kind. They made sure I was well prepared for my recovery and it was a quick and smooth one because of it. I could see as if I were wearing my glasses the very next day. I'm a month later now and everything is progressing very well. I'm very thankful for this experience!!
