We had a wonderful experience with Floors Now! Dave had excellent recommendations based on my needs and kept in touch throughout the process. Mike and Greg did a fantastic job of installation and were a pleasure to have around, with minimal disruption to our day to day routines. Everything looks great! Highly recommended!

My husband and I went into Floors Plus and were met by Terry O. (and the store manager, Dave?)From the very beginning of our process, these men were very helpful and knowledgeable. They were kind. They listened. They were patient. We took home many samples to see which type of hardwood/laminate flooring worked best in our home. I appreciated that they took the time to write down our samples and noted which ones we liked best at each time we returned them. And keeping the samples aside.Mike, our installer was very good. He was efficient, nice to deal with, meticulous, and kept the work area clean before and after.Terry O. answered all of our many questions about the flooring. The product was suitably priced and he even stopped by afterwards to check out how the flooring looked and how we liked it.I really appreciated the personal and helpful service we received from Terry O. and Floors Now. I would definitely suggest these folks for your flooring needs. Thank-you!

Dave and his team at Floors Now offer exceptional service. He took the time to explain everything and went above and beyond to find the perfect carpet for my home. The price was well within my budget and there weren't any hidden costs or fees. I am so happy with the results and loving my new carpet. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience! Staff is extremely knowledgeable with a great response time! They are friendly and professional and have a great line of products. I was impressed with Dave’s patience as we went through different options and they helped us to find a suitable option within our budget. The turnaround time was great and the install was fantastic! Cant say enough good things about these guys. Terry was great to work with from start to finish, kept in touch every step of the way and even had the patience to put up with my indecisiveness as I changed my mind on the flooring multiple times. The installers were awesome, did a fantastic job and they were very friendly and professional. 6 months after install we had a minor issue come up and the guys came back and fixed it up for us no questions asked. Dave and Terry did an awesome job helping us pick out or new floors. They were very patient with us because we were pretty particular. They have a fantastic selection, excellent product knowledge and are more than happy to find any product you may want. In addition I can't say enough about Mike the installer. He did an incredible clean installation all on time and on budget. Two thumbs up guys! Awesome work!

Terry was absolutely amazing customer service came up to our house right after he got off work measured all our basement and gave us an awesome estimate for our carpet! Our carpet installers were Greg & Chuck they did an awesome job very nice guys! I would never ever consider buying any flooring or carpet but anywhere but Floors Now..highly recommend customer service was totally Awesome!

I contacted Floors Now in need of flooring ASAP. Upon calling, I spoke with the owner, Dave. I told him our ideas and plans and he suggested the perfect products for us! When arriving at the store from out of town, Terry helped us out! They have DIY carpet you can put down with adhesive on the edges rather than needing nail stripes and a carpet stretcher! This was we were sure it wasn't going to wreck the natural hardwood flooring underneath the carpet and we were able to do it our selves to save on costs!! Dave & Terry were great to deal with and even loaded up our trailer in -40.They had a lot in stock including out carpet and all the vinyl plank we needed!10/10 Recommend Floors Now and will be going there for anything else we need in the future. They also carry backsplash tiles as well!Thank you Floors Now!
