What a joke td is for insurance been waiting almost a month now for my insurance advisor to call me or email me back. Have not heard a word out of them and sent 3 or 4 emails and called at least a dozen times and left messages with no response. Like what do I pay them for if I can even get my car fixed. This is completely unacceptable.

If I have 0 stars I will rate them that I am waiting since last one month for my advisor to settle my claim no one is responding to me. They are the worst pathetic insurance company having no support for the clients the advisors are illiterate people and never respond to you. I am so fed up with their services. I send 12 emails to their complaint department no response from them as well. I will never recommend this insurance to anyone. Stay away from these people they will not help you.
