Ross at Deck Masters in Scarborough was a big help in the planning and supply of TimberTech Azek - Autumn Chestnut deck boards used to replace the 20 year old cedar that was tiring (PT underneath was all fine).The deck spacers, colour matched screws, along with the design suggestion of framing it out for a professional looking result. My idea was the vertical risers by using pieces of end board resulted in near zero material waste. Son In-Law and myself were able to complete this in a weekend, the risers took me a few hours each night the week that followed.Highly recommend Deck Masters!

I'm building a 20x12 deck and had lots of questions. I went here maybe 5 times and he was able to answer all of my questions. Don't hesitate like I did, 2 weeks cost me 10% because prices keep going up everyday during these crazy times. This was my cost for considering Home Depot for their no interest payments (for 6 months), Deck Masters delivered my order in less than a week. The delivery guy even offered to help me move everything to the backyard which took about 30 minutes longer for his delivery but meant the product is safely secured in my backyard awaiting home depot to deliver the wood for me to start. I had an issue with one of the boards being scratched and they replaced it no problem. I highly recommend them. Even though it seems like it's a little bit cheaper buying at big box stores like Rona and Home Depot, it really isn't in the end when they add on extra charges and they won't replace boards like this, you'd have to take a 20ft board back to them to replace it. My project is starting soon and because the screws I needed weren't going to come for 2 weeks, they upgraded me free of charge to ensure I was able to start when I wanted and have everything delivered on time.
