Just like the previous review from another customer, I've been trying to reach these guys for a couple of weeks now. No one is answering the phone, voicemail says their store is closed. We tried filling out a contact form on their site, a week later, no response. They are the only Authorized Ryobi Service Centre in Edmonton and anyone who purchases a Ryobi product from Home Depot would need to contact them for warranty repairs. I'm not sure if they're away or have gone under but there is zero notice on their website of being closed. Home Depot should really consider a different third party company for repairs.

Why do you not list your address on your website or google?! Trying to find you guys to fix my Ryobi product, calling your number many times to get voicemail saying you are closed, during weekdays.
