Highly recommend this business to anybody and everybody! I've never been so impressed with both service and price. I paid $145 to have my smashed/dead Iphone6 screen replaced and got a new otter box. This business is locally owned and operated and the owner has the best customer service hands down! The reviews really speak for themselves.

Dropped in re my IPad not charging properly. Rick was very attentive and checked it out. Seems my cord and plug in is the problem. He did not charge me for his efforts.Highly recommend.

I desperately needed to retire my 2009 iMac because I recently purchased a brand new iMac. I really needed help with the transition from the old one to the new one and am thankful to Rick at The Stem who had me up and running on my new machine within a couple of days. When I received my new iMac from Rick, I started it up and had access to all of my emails and important work files, Rick even put all the packing back so I felt like I was the first person to take the wrapping off and press the power button (nice touch). He made the transition from my old Mac to the new one so easy, while he backed up and cleared off my old machine. Rick knows Macs, that is clear. I felt confident leaving my two machines in his care, he made excellent recommendations for backup and storage, plus he took my calls after hours, thanks Rick. I wouldn’t hesitate to use The Stem again, it was a very positive experience. Rick is extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend The Stem to anyone in need of Mac technical support all while supporting a small, local business.

Took my old iMac in for an upgrade to RAM and Hard Drive. Rick gave me great instructions as to which hardware items to purchase. I was able to take the machine and parts in one day and pick up the machine the next morning. It is now running like new.Cost was as quoted. Payment by cash or e-transfer not credit card.Overall very satisfied.

After my Mac was full and not knowing how to clean it up. Rick walked me through and I got a huge amount of space back. He is fast, efficient and knows what he is doing. I recommend going for all your Apple needs.

Called and got an estimate for replacing my IPad Air screen with button. He was good enough on the first attempt to cover under his warranty. BUT that meant he had to take back my ipad to take off screen and send it back before he would replace it.SECOND screen -> Home Button NOT WORKING. I have been contacting him a week after 2nd replacement (MAY1st). He suggested a work around until he got a better screen supply. I have reached out multiple timesI am getting NO response :(
