Facturation très en retard 2 semaines avant d'être chargée sur ma carte de crédit sans recevoir de facture par courriel. Très déçu du service après-vente.

One month after being billed close to 2000$ in deposits, I have yet to be credited for my car rental. They owe me 500$. First call to the company (with extreme poor customer service), I am told that the refund terminal is out of order but I should get my refund back within a few days. One week later, still no refund. Called back and they can’t find my name in their system. After much persuasion, the agent finally checks the paper invoice and sees that in fact my refund is being withheld for “damages”. There were no damages to the car when returned.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible customer service and they will do anything to make more than is actually deserved. Couldn’t imagine a more dishonest service, especially for car rentals where prices are already high.Would give a negative score if it were possible le.

Te charge une journée au complet pour un retour apres 1h00 de plus. Avec les frais d assurance et de frais caché en plus... C'est sûr que je vais me faire voir à ailleurs la prochaine fois...
