I was having issues with my Dell laptop, and after visiting one computer repair business, decided to get a second opinion. Very glad I did. Philip Li was already familiar with the issue I was having, and seemed very knowledgeable. His suggested solution was much more affordable and straight forward than the replacement parts suggested by the other computer repair service. In addition, Philip was extremely responsive and available. Highly recommend.
