Déménagement Tandem / Tandem Moving

First time using Tandem on April 22 2023, very polite and professional, their rapping method was very carred for. They wrapped up a very expensive antique big mirror with porceline statues packed it and unbroken I was very happy, using them on my second move on May 26 2023. I will be using for all my other move. ☺

Very professional and efficient! The two guys help me move a huge amount of furnitures! All arrived in my places with very good conditions! They are protected by thick blankets and they arrange their work very smart and professional !

Everyone was pleasant, quick to provide details. The movers were on time and were very effective. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them to anyone.

The workers were on time and very careful with furniture. Polite and helpful. At the end of the move I paid the balance I owed in cashed with a tip and left. They came back 20 minutes later and told me that I over paid by $150. Took the $50 and gave it the men and told them that it was for their honesty.

I highly recommend Tandem Moving! The movers were extremely professional, hard working, impeccable and did great moving my entire house.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FLOORS!They did not use floor protectors on my newly refinished floors even though I requested it. They dragged heavy furniture on carts with wheels and damaged the floors I spent $6,000 to refinish.They also stretched out the move. I had booked 3 men to get it done quickly. There were 14 pieces of furniture and about 25 boxes. No appliances. I had the tv and mattress all wrapped up beforehand. I had moved most of the boxes myself the week prior to the move. Moving from a ground floor condo to another with an elevator, 8 minute drive between the 2 places. Took over 6 hours! They used so much tape to wrap the furniture it took up a lot of time to wrap/unwrap. Left their garbage behind. Would not recommend this company. Worst experience ever!
