Confundrum Escape Rooms

We did the orphanage escape. Host and escape room were great. Puzzles were doable and the rooms were decorated well with additional scary sound effects. However it was advertised as having a live actor and there were none on that day. A heads up would have been appreciated as that was the main reason we visited.EDIT:The owner reached out and offered a full refund and coupon and assured that they would take action to ensure future groups would not be affected similarly. Very quick, responsive, and professional interaction. Would go again.

Terrible escape room! Played Cypherspace and it had about 30+ combination locks over 3 rooms. Not fun at all!! One took us 10 minutes to unlock because the directional lock was so sensitive it recorded any miniscule diagonal movement as being incorrect. Most of the puzzles are just time wasters and aren't interesting or fun to solve. Seems like the escape rooms at this location are 1st or 2nd generation escape rooms... very boring. If you're looking for 3rd or 4th generation escape rooms then this is not the place for you. The only reason I gave 2 stars is that the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

My daughter and her friends completed the Twisted Woods escape room. They all had a memorable experience with a nice combination of challenging puzzles and loud screaming that ended with laughs after the finished. The staff was super friendly; Santiago in particular who went well beyond our expectation to ensure the girls had a great time. If you are looking for a escape room in the area, I will highly recommend to go with Confundrum Escape Rooms!

My friend and I decided to do an escape room sporadically and completed Twisted Woods together. Julian was incredibly nice and explained the process clearly. He was also great at hints and even playing into the storyline. We had so much fun and can't wait to come back again. Thanks Julian!

We tried the New Haven room which is known to be the scariest room here, it was spooky but not too scary at all, our party was not the bravest group of people in general so we were kind of concerned beforehand, however it is not too scary at all! So do not hesitate!We were 6 people and couldn’t solve the room but our gamaster was great with tips and helped us throughout.. the puzzles made sense but for beginners it was hard, but we were mostly there for the laughs.Overall great experience. It was expensive for an hour per person though, after tax $36, which i guess is the norm for escape rooms but not the most affordable for a family of 6..Anyway would recommend this room for the scares and laughs.

Great escape room experience! I've done many escape rooms before and this was by far the BEST. The staff were amazing, the escape room was so fun and the overall atmosphere was great. An added bonus was snacks at the end and the front area had board games set up. Highly recommend this place for families, groups of friends/co-workers.

Been here a handful of times, one of the best. Gives you your choice of hints (some, only when we ask, or none), and the hints arent overbearing. (Some other places solve it for you).Atmosphere is great in all roomsJulian was a great game master!

Two of my favourite escape rooms ever have been at this location. We completed New Haven quite a while back and just finished Twisted Woods and we will definitely be back for more!! The puzzles were well thought out and the staff made it so enjoyable. Big shout out to Shanze, our game master for going above and beyond and giving us the best experience ever! 10/10 recommend!!!!! There’s also tons of games available for when you’re waiting, and snacks at the end!

This place is good, we did the Scariest room, the nun one. Sadly there was no live actors available when we went. The room itself was not too decorative except one room with stain glass windows, the rest of the rooms were just painted with black walls. Although it was the Scariest" room

This was THE BEST escape room I have ever done... heres why!As soon as we entered the staff greeted us with joy and positivity. They all seemed like cool fun people who know what their doing!Secondly the lobby was really cool the gift shop has some really cool things to check out and purchase.Experience: Shanze was the host and she was awesome, from her scare acting to her creepy voice.. She really enhanced the experience. I was with my two friends, and we chose to do the Twisted Woods escape room, (no spoilers) it was scary (we opted for a live actor which happens upon request and availability) , there were loud sounds, the theming was disney level, everything about the room did not feel like were in real life. I promise you it felt like you were in an actual movie. The room had really cool and well thought out puzzles... It was pretty difficult especially with the added stress and pressure of a live actor and we did not make it out on time, but I truly recommend you try it. It has some creepy stuff! In the end they went above and beyond and fillmed our reactions - which may not happen to everyone but (speaking of that, they have a huge control booth, its like a 911 dispatch center, they can track everything we do and say which is nice because they can help us out when were stuck on puzzles without asking them. Over all once we finished they were nice enough to offer us some snacks and we finished the day with a nice scare, a wonderful experience and a smile on our faces. I am beyond exited to come back here and check out New Havens, their scarier room. Once again, thank you to the team for such a wonderful experience!
