Exceptional service from everyone I dealt with by email, phone and in person. I was especially impressed with Eddie who provided me with transportation to and from work. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of windshield replacement or any other service they provide.

This review is very late in coming. I just wanted to make sure I got it right before posting. In May of this year I purchased power running boards for my vehicle and had them installed at UniglassPlus in Perth, Ontario. The process took a very long time due to tolerances in the product being off. After several attempts to correct the problem, including a pointless call to the distributor, the running boards were removed. This is the bad part: they couldn't be returned because of the distributor's return policy. The boards were the correct model for my truck; the problem was in engineering of the product, but it made no difference.The good part is that the staff at UniglassPlus stepped up to the plate, removing the boards, re-installed the original boards and refunded me the total purchase price of the boards and installation. They didn't have to, but they did.Throughout this whole process the staff were professional, and exhibited a level of concern for customer satisfaction above and beyond. After this experience, I would not hesitate to have my vehicle serviced at UniglassPlus in Perth and would highly recommend them to anyone that would ask me what I thought of the company.

Uniglass tried to repair a bad starburst crack, bottom of my windshield but that went south quickly. This was the third such crack I have had and was well aware of the risk. So then it became a windshield replacement. Staff were friendly and courteous and very efficient. The crack happened this past Tuesday and I have a new windshield in today. They even did the calibrations so ACC and LKA worked as well as before. This is the second time I have taken my car there and I would highly recommend their business to anyone requiring glass repairs to their vehicles.

Took my car to get it cleaned twice now and both times I had an exceptional service. Very friendly staff and the customer service is top notch. I'm one happy camper!
