I met Daniel and his team after buying an Outdoor rv from a friend in Coldstream. She had it serviced at Kelowna rv and was outspoken about their approach and outstanding service! So I followed her lead. After some serious solar upgrades at Kelowna rv impeccable install and subsequent on road challenges, the service folks bent over backwards to accommodate my concerns as well owner/operator trouble shooting without making me feel like an idiot!Everyone is hands on including the top gun Daniel. If you’re an experienced or novice Back country enthusiast, do not hesitate to give them a call or visit! You will not be disappointed!On a side note, because of a telephone conversation with Daniel, he directed me to a Kelowna car dealership where I was able to purchased a new tow vehicle….there are no accidents!

I purchased a used RV here and is was a great experience. No high pressure sales and everyone helpful and attentive. The pre delivery walk through is outstanding and everything is covered. If you are looking for a new or used RV a stop here is warranted.

Went there on a rainy day to fix an RV electronic issue. Val and Mark were super helpful, friendly and efficient even the weather wasn’t that nice for outdoor work. Also purchased a couple of parts at reasonable prices. Strongly recommend!

Having bought an RV elsewhere in the past, the experience dealing with Kelowna RV was by far a better experience. Right from the initial call and through to picking up the unit we couldn't be happier with our purchase. It was well worth the drive and we would highly recommend them to anyone considering buying a RV. 10/10 !!!

We recently took our Class C motorhome that we purchased at Kelowna RV back for some warranty work. After a few days at the dealership we were told by Daniel the service manager that the 800 dollar bill was going to be reduced to 300 dollars because he was trying to help us out. I asked what the 300 dollars was for he told me it was for doing diagnostics that warranty would not cover. This seemed odd to me I have never heard of any dealership charging extra on a warranty claim. I found on line the phone number for the service and warranty for Coachman. I asked him about the extra charges for diagnostics. I was told that they do get paid for doing diagnostics on every warranty job they do. He wanted to know what dealership I was at and who I was dealing with. They called on my behalf and the 300 dollar extra charge was quickly removed. Daniel became very hard to deal with after I questioned the 300 diagnostics charge. I wonder how many other people have been charged for this at this dealership. I confronted Daniel about the extra charges when we picked up our motorhome. He became very angry and said he never wanted to see me at there dealership again. This motorhome was the second unit that we have purchased from Kelowna RV. I agreed to never return I will hopefully find a dealer I can trust.

We ordered a Summit Tiny house from Kelowna RVs. As we required many various special options, it took many emails and phone conversations to ensure that this tiny house was built according to our specifications. To this end, we would like to sincerely thank Randy Scott of Kelowna RVs who went out of his way to coordinate the building and then the delivery of this house to Vancouver Island. Randy was always available to answer our many questions and requests. He followed up promptly and responded in a timely manner. Due to his good communication skills, “nothing fell through the cracks!”Randy, thank you, it was a real pleasure to deal with you and Kelowna RVs, we are very happy with this wonderful Summit tiny house.JC & Andrea

A refreshing place to buy an RV! I am an out-of-town buyer, and my experience here was fantastic. I spoke with Rod via email for a few weeks prior to making the trip. I am very impressed with Rod -- he's very laid back and really knows his products in depth, including the nitty gritty technical details. He made me feel confident about working with him. The rest of the team was great too, and I was impressed by the chance to walk through the whole trailer with an RV tech prior to taking it home. We had such an amazing experience buying our very first RV! Rod was our salesman and he made it fun and answered all of our many questions. He was sooo patient and went over everything. We had Kevin work his magic in financing, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice. And Murray did our orientation and we just can't say enough. He spent a lot of time with us to ensure our future camping trips will be great ones. Everyone went above and beyond, we just can't say enough great things about Kelowna Truck and RV!!

I purchased this trailer from Calgary and the process was great. Murray answered all my questions, and I had a lot of them. He even got back to me while he was on vacation. When I arrived to pick up my trailer, at the designated time, the trailer was all set up with the fridge and air conditioning on... it was +35c! I was able to try out all the appliances. They made sure the fridge kicked over to propane when they unplugged the unit. They did a great job of walking me through everything. I did find a few small items that needed attention. They addressed those immediately. I purchased an equalizer hitch and they installed it and spent the time setting it up correctly.It was a good purchasing experience and I would recommend them to future rv buyers.
