It’s a standard, average Starbucks experience. The vanilla bean crème frap was good but on the icier watered down side for flavour, however, it was still refreshing. No complaints but nothing special either.

Coffee is fine and staff are friendly. My issue is the wait time when ordering at the counter. All the staff is focused on the internet orders and the customer at the counter is basically the last in line even of you are the only one there. This has happened multiple times to me. One time I waited at the counter for ten minutes and finally just left.

Thank you for making my drink correctly.It's been a struggle the past few months for me. The location I normally go to has been continuously making my drink wrong and had a few instances where people took my mobile orders. - not sure how they keep turning my hot chocolates and teas into coffees...i can't have coffee (as I get a bad reaction from it).Although this location is a bit out of the direction I go for work, it's worth it. Not only do they make my drinks correctly, but they taste way better. Hot chocolate isn't watery. Teas lattes taste like the tea (and not plain milk and water).Service is also good, they are super friendly and welcoming. It's always busy when I go yet they get your drinks done quick.

I have to say it’s really a Nice place to take a sit n study there. Peace and quiet, and it has lots of plugs so that you do not worry your laptop power off at all. The air condition is acceptable that not super cold!I love the new product name Mango dragonfruit refreshing with coconut milk, it’s incredible! I will recommend that if people not have try it yet

The worst Starbucks experience to date of my coffee drinking lifestyle. This location wasn't busy and yet it took 17 minutes for a venti latte to be made!!! The staff were too busy talking amongst themselves instead of focusing on their primary job which is producing coffee for customers. I will never use this location again as a 21+ year supporter of Starbucks. Management needs to retrain or place these staff members immediately. July 17 2023 8:43am

The staff were friendly during my last few weeks of studying for my final exam. I've spent several hours a week at different time in a day at this location. Here are 2 main reasons for its failure to earn the missing 2 stars:In short,Impressed by the cheerfulness of the staff. Disappointed by the hygiene of the place.Details1. Drinks are somewhat inconsistent in taste. Maybe it's just me. Definitely debatable.2. Cleanliness. At any point of time in a day, the garbage was always full, the one in the washroom included; can't comment on the one inside women's washroom. There's always some kind of garbage on the floor somewhere. At first, I thought it was only when they were under-staffed, but no matter how many staff were on duty, it was never clean. Busy hour or not, there were at least a few pieces of paper or something on the floor with either almost full or overly filled trash can.

Close by where I live, very friendly stuff, feel warm and welcome, will be back often to have great cup of coffee and afternoon delights. I used the on line order when I arrived, it’s quick and accurate. With outdoor area but today is too cold 0C outside better take out and head to work.

the blundell location i walked in and there’s no one in line so I was there first in front of the counter ， but nobody “noticed” me， they were busy on their “business”,And a lady walked in after me , they saw her and take order for her in front me, even after her finished order and left they still didn’t see me and take order for other customers, I really don’t know why. I don’t even want to say I m 6months pregnant standing there for a while waiting and no one sees me but take order for other customers after me . So sad…..

I don't understand why this location is so bad. They forget to remove a step or add one when it's on the sticker (therefore I have to ask to remake it, e.g. no whip but there's whip, add cold foam but there's no cold foam). They finish making a drink, yet do not put it at the mobile area so we cannot grab it and wait for them to do so. They really need an efficient person to put finished drinks out instead of asking customers of what drink they're waiting for - it's behind the mobile area where we cannot reach it helloooo.

Contacted corporate with a complaint and photos. No response for weeks. Out of the blue they send me a “how satisfied are you with our resolution” email.Not. At. All.
