The bathroom was filthy DISGUSTING!!! It had not been cleaned in well over a month and a half...at least. The floors around Burger King and Tim were filthy black. I can usually pee anywhere... but in this case I had to go to another washroom. If the bathroom is that disgusting. Imagine what the kitchen looks like were they cook the food for us. Tim Horton" send an inspector before you get shut down by the health department"

Terrible rude slow disrespectful young girl at drive thru totally abusive towards customers. After having paid for our coffees she closed the windows and proceeded to take a new order however our order was ready and sitting in plain sight along with at least 2 other orders. When we tapped on the window and asked for our drinks before she continued to take new orders she purposely ignored us and when she finally opened the window she asked us if we had calmed down. This is completely unacceptable behavior and strongly suggest this young lady be fired. I can assure you that this Tim's has lost my business and I will make sure to tell my friends and family of this totally abusive service. Dear owner... this message is for you....look at who you hire and train your staff on customer service and respect before you're out of business

Like all Tim’s in Quebec, it seems, this one is brutally slow. I regularly wait 15 minutes in the drive through. They regularly screw up my order. They regularly run out of essential ingredients like tomatoes. The staff is pleasant but I’ll gladly accept cold, mechanical service, as they have regularly in Ontario, if it means I get my food in a timely manner.

No sconesNo biscuitsVery low on donuts.We walked in around 2.30pm and there where only 3 people working while there were 8 people in line.Waiting time was almost 15 minutes.Mostly service in French very very little English.The seats at the fireplace were free and I know why the seats are ripped.Not what you expect from a Tim Hortons.Toilets were so so

Waited 15 mn (13 of which with NO ONE maning the cash) to hear they didn't have the item that I wanted. Item which was advertised on big poster in the parking lot to boot!

Went twice once at 10 PM on Sunday which I get bad day, but also went Tuesday at like 6pm and both times store was closed :( just needed a cup of coffee to keep me warm.P.s. also tried to walk through the drive thru but to no avail.
