Talked to the owner very very nice guy had a great time talking to him. A lot of help was given from him. Very very respectful nice guy.Unfortunately another company have out faulty info which lead me to believe it was his company....

I contacted this company yesterday regarding an item that had they had posted in Collections my credit report which significantly affected my credit score. This item should not have been posted and I contacted them hoping to resolve the issue. Rather than address my concerns the owner, Darry, talked over me, engaged me in useless, irrelevant conversations, etc. and treated me like a second-class citizen. I asked numerous times for him to just address the issue but rather than do so, he talked around it. After 5 minutes of useless diatribe which included him asking me for my e-mail address and stating that he would send me an e-mail (if he got my address correctly" - I spelled it for him?) which I would have to say 'yes' to?!?

Collections with class worked for us chasing a debtor for the better part of 6 months. They stayed on the debtor treating them with class and respect. I would highly recommend collections with class for any of your collections needs, they see it through to the end.
