A major thank you and a special mention to Chris! Excellent customer service from start to finish! Brought in my 2018 BMW X3 to service with Hillman’s and they saved me a big headache from dealing with the dealership. Got everything done for the fraction of what the dealership would have charged me. Truly master mechanics! Thanks again to the team at Hillman’s and for my friend for referring me to them! Will be back again forsure!

I got my car certified for safety. Amazing team and amazing work. I'm completely illiterate when it comes to mechanics, dad used to help me with this task. Jamie took the trouble to explain what was the issue and gave me advice. I can't recommend them enough.

Update: 2023/01/16 - Hillmans is still great. So helpful.3 years ago: My family has dealt with all three generations of the Hillman's for over 45 years! This team is great. My 85 year old mother can take her own (Infinity) car into Hillman's for service and they always look after her. This is so valuable for our entire family that we can count on an unwavering level of trust and service from this company.I cannot recommend them highly enough. The best!

Honest and diligent. Never had a problemUpdate : had some service done here recently and now my car drives like it's brand new.I had to update my review today because I had a check engine light come on just before I was heading out on a road trip. The gentleman, who was obviously busy this morning, took the time to check out what had tripped the light, let me know it was safe to drive and gave me a detailed explanation as to what had happenedFantastic customer service. I can go on my trip now knowing that I don't have to worry. Thanks guys!

The customer service at Hillman's is absolutely great and I cannot recommend them enough. They charged me less than an hour of labour to replace my side mirror and called around to find one when stock was low. The most honest and helpful auto repair place I've ever been to.

Need some muffler work done, small hole in pipe. Stopped in and asked questions I knew the answers too just to vet. Told B.S. answers, so I took it to Ultra Auto @ bostwick and Wharncliffe (just because they came up as near me on google maps) and asked same questions. The person there answered honestly so I gave them the work.I’ll post a review for ultra in a week or so on their google after I drive for a bit.
