Service was fast and friendly. Lots to choose from.Tex mex was very good. Enjoyed the portion size and taste! Also picked up the chicken mushroom blush dish. Also delicious. I microwaved that at work and it was still fantastic. For $15 these are great deals for a quick easy dinnerI’ll definitely go back when I have the budget

This review is long overdue. I have been a customer for over a year and have not one single complaint. The meals have been delicious and amazing!! Always the perfect portion of food, and tastes great. I love the time I save by having my meals ready each week. I highly recommend for working professionals or anyone trying to eat healthy! Everything looked fresh and tasty, I liked the high protein food, but I wish it was higher fat and lower carb! The staff was great, there were lots of options, and the place was nice. Would get a smoothie again.

If you are looking for a number of choice prepared meals. This is the place to come. You can find pasta, fish, chicken, beef, keto meals. Most of the coolers have fresh food ready. There is also frozen available to. If you are dropping by after a workout, you can get a protein shake or buy whey protein. With a number of locations throughout Ontario, you never have to go without.

Macro Foods is a great company with home made meals and they offer a unique service than other places- a store dedicated to only prepared meals. I got to meet the owner in London when that store was new. He’s very pleasant to talk to and has a lot of knowledge about food.However, I can’t say I am finding a lot of dishes I want to eat in the new menu one as much as the old one. They changed it drastically to provide options for people with dietary restrictions, thus reducing the meals that don’t have any. There use to be more meals that I would enjoy. That’s why they get 3.5 stars rather than the 5 I use to give them.There are certain foods I don’t like and I can’t handle spices well. For example, I don’t like mushrooms and there are a lot of mushrooms in these meals. I hope if I did order from them that they would omit what I don’t like so that I could enjoy the rest of the meal. I also can’t do jerk chicken, chipotle chicken and fire cracker chicken balls.I would like the option to have more carbs. There are A LOT of keto options. I can’t fill myself up protein and veggies/fruit alone. Please provide more options for carbs.IF I decided to not eat chicken/seafood/beef/ etc, there is one vegetarian option and the rest are vegan. I don’t want to be a vegan.I’d like to customize a meal more, like have my chicken baked instead of grilled.Please bring back electric chicken!
