Highly recommended! Professional, thorough, trustworthy and creative! Jesse and his team have been a tremendous help to my daughter over the years creating various devices that enabled her to be active in school activities that would otherwise be challenging due to her amputation. Just recently she was fitted with a cool device that helps her play the ukulele! Jesse is incredibly passionate about what he does and he clearly loves helping others, especially kids. He is very knowledgeable and helped us learn about services and supports that we didn't even know existed.

My prosthetic broke while I was traveling in Canada. This team was responsive, kind, and understanding of what was happening and worked to get me mobile again in 24 hours time. Cannot say enough good things.

I would highly recommend biodesign to everyone and anyone! Especially any mamas or family that is debating on getting a cranial helmet for correction. We are starting a bit late but very happy to have the help we need for my son. My son was scanned for his flat spot on the right side of his head. It took no time at all to have the helmet made after the scan. Jesse and his team was informative and made sure to answer any concerns I had.

So this review is near and dear to my heart. My husband was diagnosed with Severe Acute Charcot Disease. It happened so fast and our heads were spinning as to what to do. It also happened right at Christmas time. You know, the time when everyone wants to spend time with family and friends and NOT WORK. Well, our Specialist referred us to Biodesign and he personally reached out to Jesse who he knew and recommended. Jesse Cornell, opened up his lab (and his heart) to get my husband fitted for a custom CROW Boot. He had it ready in 1 Day - yes 1 day. Jesse and his company went above and beyond to help us when they should have been off enjoying Christmas with family. They CARE about YOU. They will do whatever they can to HELP YOU. I believe they helped us save my husband's foot. We still have a long road ahead of us - but because of their selflessness - they gave us a Christmas Miracle and we have a road ahead of us. Jesse is great with kids. He thoroughly explained and answered all questions we had. Highly recommend.

I would to mention that Jessie, and his company have been the greatest in getting my foot looked after. I have had to travel to Hamilton to a clinic to get my foot looked after. I have had a few adjustments made to my present. I have to get a new boot made today. Jessie and his crew look after all the paper work that has to be done. Great people and highly recommend them.

Disappointed to hear unsupportive comments to a family member that needed kindness and support in a difficult time. Please consider your approach in the future.

We went to see Jesse to discuss a cranial helmet for our baby. He was very professional and informative. He was honest and told us that he didn't think we needed one right now but what things we should watch for and observe over the next few months in case we need one in the future. I would definitely recommend Biodesign based on our experiences.

I had an appointment for my son today to be fitted for an AFO. Jesse and his staff went above and beyond to make his visit a great one.
