Very poor communication for an entire year. Received a hot tub with a faulty jet and have been constantly blown off about it, being told they have no idea what’s going on, no ones even come out to look at it, and conveniently they are always out of town so they can’t help, and never follow back up.Even going in to buy chemicals after the delivery we were given no help or advice on what we needed. Wish we would never have purchased from here at all.I’ve called the store and while they took all my information I was told they didn’t know how long it would take get back to me about my faulty tub, that was three months ago. Frustration doesn’t begin to describe what I’m feeling and my patience and understanding is gone.I will gladly edit my review if I get any type of service.

We've been a customer here for a few years and they have awesome customer service! They greet you right away and help you find what you're looking for if you just want to get in and out quickly. But if you have any questions they are very knowledgeable. We asked a tonne of questions and looked at lots of options. They didn't try and sell us the most expensive tub and there was zero pressure. Also, the sales floor is set up so nice. Lots of room to move around and lots to look at. Highly recommend.

We bought a pit boss fire grill from here and a fire table. Within a month the fire table self lighter stopped working (they told us to take a part ourselves and replace a fuse). We also bought a pit boss smoker from them. A year and a half later it no longer turns on--we registered for warranty but pit boss had a server problem and lost their files. So pit boss tells us to producer a receipt (which we no longer have) and R & R also says they don't have records as they had a problem as well and lost that information. But the issue is our pit boss grill which was a lot of money and is a disappointment. It is rusting (although always covered); it does not turn on (we ordered a new fuse box--but we cannot loosen the screws to get to the old one). R & R just takes your money and that is as far as their service goes. Do not buy anything from them expecting any kind of warranty or follow up help...there is none. Honest- Paradise Pools sells smokers -- go there. Fire tables from Garden Architecture, although pricey, excellent service. Just my two bits.

They are Aways helpful and pleasant, even though I never bought my tub there.

Amazing service! Ally had so much patience for me as she taught me how to care for my water. Rob was also quick to answers questions when we had troubles hooking up our hot tub (there was nothing wrong with the hot tub it ended up being the breaker our electrician installed). I would highly highly recommend this place to everyone!

Nikki was a pleasure to deal with when we ordered a new hot tub cover for BINcredible. It was a long time coming, no fault of theirs, as the supplier was a unable to get the material to produce the cover (which I actually looked into since we were desperate to get a new cover!). They kept us up-to-date on the order and gave us excellent customer service. We didn’t have a good experience with the previous owners, so this was their chance to earn back our business, which they did! Small businesses, go through hard times, transitions, and miscommunications because we are all human. Not every business deserves a second chance, but it usually doesn’t hurt to try. I’m glad this worked out so well and we highly recommend their service.

Bought a smoker as a surprise gift for my Dad. Because I live out of town a lot of details were done by text. They replied very quickly and kept me up to date on the order and were so helpful when I finally to Dad into the city to buy" his new smoker.I would definitely recommend this store and its staff. Great experience."
