Hosted a carnival themed party for my daughter’s birthday absolutely loved their service and range of products! Will definitely be contacting them again for any bouncy castle and game needs.

We’ve rented bouncy castles from the Main Event twice and both times we have been impressed with Matt’s professionalism and customer service. Will rent from him again!

The petting zoo and pony ride was absolutely amazing. The kids had so much fun and the farmers that accompanied the animals were so kind with the children. They even came with additional animal surprises. Highly recommend, would definitely use them again.

High recommend The Main Event! I wasn't really sure what I wanted for a Grade 8 graduation event and Matt recommended inflatable axe throwing. Who knew that was even a thing? The kids thought it was cool" and it got a lot of teenage energy out. Customer service was responsive and helpful - quick turnaround on questions and easy pick up and drop off from the warehouse in Mississauga."

I was recently at a gender reveal & valentina was amazing. I’m pretty sure she was a part of the party, but she kept herself so professional during the set up and pull down! It was great, I’d definitely book with her. I’m not sure how much she’s being paid, but she deserves a raise! Lovely girl.

We had a great experience through every step of our booking process with Judy at main event fun. On the day of our event we could not have been happier with the staff and service provided! They even brought extra animals for our petting zoo. My daughter LOVED the pony rides. Highly recommend this company! Thank you again for the great professional service!

Matt was great to work with and gave us some great options that suited our event. The games we rented were an added bonus to our event and everyone loved them, they made up the Fun Zone" of Downtown Milton HolidayFest and were a big hit with kids and adults! Delivery was easy

We had our daughter's birthday in the end of September and Matt and his entire team were absolutely amazing from planning, inquiries and set-up to make sure we were set up for success! The castle we wanted was not available but Matt recommended alternatives and it worked perfectly! Recommend to anyone who has a backyard that could fit one of these this bouncy castle backyard birthday party was a hit for all ages even the adults!Will be looking at doing it all again this Spring for another birthday! Super friendly staff, quick responses. I had my son's birthday in November and wasn't sure how the weather would be, they were really helpful through the whole process and pointed me towards a bouncy castle that would fit in our space and that the kids would enjoy more than just a standard castle. Will definitely think of them for future events. The kids enjoyed it so much and it fit the Paw Patrol theme perfectly.Things to know if you are thinking about renting a castle: We learned quickly that you need an appliance dolly or something with wheels to carry these because they are heavy and also can require long extension cords. Measure your space ahead of time and think about walking room around the castle. We also put tarps over it at night since our event was in November and we wanted to ensure it was dry in the mornings (full weekend rental).All in all a fantastic experience.
