Olympia Tile & Stone International

Very disappointed in their return policy! Originally purchased backslpash tile , but selected tile wasn't available so we had to wait till it was cut and sent from Toronto. Originally ordered on September 20, 2018. Tile arrived and picked up on October 30, 2018 (normal shipping time is 2 weeks per my installer). My tile installer because of the delay was unavailable to install until Dec 17/18, 2018. After installation I had 1 box of 40 tiles left over which were still in the box unopened. I called Olympia to ask if I could return the box and was told no. I would have agreed to pay a restocking fee or return fee but never even got to that point. When I told my installer he was very surprised. In any event I will not recommend or use their services again if the need arises. This company should learn how to treat customers!

While choosing out tile for a wet-room/ofuro style custom bathroom that my wife and I are planning to build, I stopped in at Olympia tile. Their warehouse and showroom aren't fancy, but what they lack in flash, the staff make up for in attentive service, and excellent products. For instance, if you need a grout that is made for water emersion, or top-end stone sealers, they have specialty stuff that isn't available at box stores. Also, when there was a mix-up with tile colours and our tub sill tiles no longer matched (which partially was my fault-don't chose tile colours off a computer screen and expect them to match in reality!), they went the extra mile, and found some discontinued stock for some gorgeous travertine stone tiles sitting in their Calgary warehouse, got them shipped out for free, and then GAVE them to us for nothing because of some minor chips on the tiles (that didn’t affect how we were using them).Now I know they can't give away stuff ALL the time, but wow, if you plan to do some tiling and want great quality products and service, go to the Olympia Tile warehouse in Winnipeg! For tiles, they are like the hole-in-wall diner that should get a Michelin star. :)

Absolutely horrible service. No one helps you with your orders and everyone hangs up on you and never returns phone calls or emails. Will never purchase form here again. For a large company I expect much better customer service compared to what I have been getting.

I'm doing a bathroom reno and went tile shopping. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick out an awesome product at an affordable price. Will be back for my next project.

I rushed in like a tornado today and breathlessly proclaimed I NEED HELP". Avi and Suzanne immediately put me at ease with a laugh by saying "don't we all". Honestly

Exceptional service was provided to us by Susie! She went above & beyond what our expectations were, to ensure we chose everything perfectly for our new build. Not a detail was spared, not a question unanswered.
