Foundations Safety and First Aid Training
All around smooth experience with a knowledgeable and very approachable instructor. It was easy to remain engaged for the entirety as we were just a class of 2 and were given the full attention of the instructor.There's a mandatory 1 hour lunch break in between and fortunately there are some good places within walking distance to pass that time and find food.Bonus: classes take place inside a martial arts studio so you have cushioned mats to comfortably do the CPR demonstrations on!

Signed up for the course set at the New Westminster location to renew my First Aid. One of the most, if not - the most, fun and comfortable environment to be learning First Aid.

Has amazing and helpful instructors that are trained professionals with plenty of real experiences saving lives in the medical industry. They teach in a way that you can remember and will help and answer any questions you may have. Highly recommended if your looking to get certified in first aid or recertified.
