Terrible to deal with. Was promised 24 hour pickup then told to wait until 10 when they open. At 10 told the vehicle is at another dealer. May want to apply to McDonald’s because with this business model they will run into the ground quickly.

Attempted to rent 2 weeks in advance, immediately received a confirmation phone call for the equipment we booked. Fast forward to 2 days before our move and they called cancelling our booking. Stated they never had the trailer in the first place (despite the previous confirmation call) and then tried to book us for something completely wrong for what we needed. Left us scrambling to book a more expensive trailer in North Bay instead.
