Dave is very knowledgeable about all appliances he services. Twice he has fixed appliances in my home by showing up and problem solving, when the appliance warranty program just wanted to send a new part. His attention to detail and technical knowledge saved me both time and money. He is highly recommended by me.

Will not take drop off appliances and will only work on specific brand names. Not helpful at all over the phone. A lot of red flags IMO. I did hear good things about them, but my experience was very bad.
